A golden Lotus pattern begins revolving in Amarjeet's eyes. After the Hack is completed, an identical pattern will be displayed somewhere on the UI of the affected device.
The Lotus III implant has been upgraded. Sophisticated decryption & code-breaking software is pre-loaded into the implant, optimized to synchronize with the end-user's conscious attempts to crack security systems. Capable of defeating the most sophisticated systems in moments, use of this feature causes the user's eyes to display the familiar Lotus Logo as a revolving pattern on the iris. Additionally, in what we consider to be a win for our marketing team, any device compromised by our software will display our Lotus Logo in system - all the better to alert potential clients of system vulnerabilities.
Operating the system linkage on a regular basis has been proven to damage the optic nerves: always use caution when operating prototype cybernetics.
Exert your Mind and spend 1 Action to activate. Select a Computer within 20 feet. Does not work on Alien technology. Roll a single D10 as a critical failure check. If you roll a 1, the Effect fails, and you Blindness. Roll Intellect + Technology, with the Difficulty set by the GM depending on the security of the system you are hacking. Sapient targets can resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 6. The hacking roll and their defensive roll are both Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, you may issue a single command to the targeted system. This command must have a specific outcome or be a request for specific login credentials. The command you issue must be within the machine's current capabilities. For example, you cannot order a standard security camera to grow legs and walk around.
If your command does not require bypassing the security of the target (for example, typing on a computer that is unlocked), you do not need to Exert your Mind to activate this Effect, and activation only takes a single Action.
Every hack you make leaves behind Lotus Logo in the system as a personal "calling card" that informs anyone who uses the system that the hack occurred.
Using the radiation welling inside her, Iryna starts a chemical reaction, superheating her body, giving her the ability to start fires. But inversely and more potently, she can absorb the heat and flames into her own body, using them to fuel herself as the more powerful fire source.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a target within 300 feet which has both fuel and oxygen available (if you are starting a new fire).
You may start or extinguish a fire as large as a Christmas tree fire at your target. Extinguishing a fire does not cost Exertion. You may create or extinguish fires the size of a lighter or candle flame without Exerting your Mind. Your fires require fuel and oxygen in order to continue burning.
Lighting a target on fire deals 5 Damage each Round on your turn, starting in the Round after the one in which they caught fire. This Damage is reduced by Armor, but the target’s Armor rating will be depleted by any Damage dealt, destroying the Armor once it reaches 0.
You may extinguish flames as a Reaction. This does not extend to explosives.
You may spend a Free Action on your initiative move a fire as large as a Christmas tree fire that is within 300 feet to another location within 300 feet. You may Exert your Mind to draw a line which a fire up to twice as large as a Christmas tree fire cannot cross.
When he realizes something bad is about to go down he is able to act upon it, and be the first one people acknowledge. Your alternate form renders you unable to speak any human language and incapable of fine object manipulation. You can only hold or grasp objects in a crude, clumsy way.
After this Effect ends, you cannot move quicker than a walk (15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour.
While transformed, you automatically fail any Mind roll to resist an impulse and suffer -3 dice on all other Mind rolls.

Exert your Mind and spend eight hours. Select a Living or Animate target within arm's reach. Roll a single D10 as a critical failure check. The survivalist spends a moment setting up a makeshift booby trap. The tripwires and pressure plates are so expertly hidden, they can only be noticed by those who have fallen victim to them before.
The victim is hit with a tiny curare dart. Pain wracks their body as a potent neurotoxin spreads through their veins.
Exert your Mind and spend 30 seconds to trap a region of any shape that contains your current location and fits entirely within 45 feet. This trap lasts one day or until triggered or disarmed. You must use up a dart in order to activate this Effect. Roll Intellect + Survival Difficulty 6.
The trap looks like a tripwire, a pressure plate, or a hidden switch. Only those who have seen this trap before can identify it as a trap. Anyone who is aware of the trap may intuitively avoid, trigger, or destroy it.
Any Living target that enters the chosen region will trigger the trap. The target may contest by rolling Body, Difficulty 6.
If the contested Outcome is positive, the target takes that much Damage plus 4. The target's material Armor is completely ignored.
The target suffers a -3 dice penalty for the next hour or until the Injury is healed. This dice penalty does not stack multiple times on the same target.
Instead of dealing Damage all at once, the Injury caused by this Power starts at Severity 1 and worsens at the rate of one level per Round until it reaches the Severity it would have otherwise been.
