Description
Eden creates a large cloud of extremely flammable smoke and ignites it by creating a spark with a metal tooth.
System
Spend an Action, Exert your Mind, and target a Location in line of sight and within 50 feet to be the center of the blast. The area in a 10 feet radius of your target immediately and obviously becomes imminently dangerous. Next round, on your initiative, roll Brawn + Culture Difficulty 6 as a Free Action. Every creature remaining within 10 feet of the targeted Location takes Outcome + 2 damage. Armor is Reduced to 1/2, rounded up against this damage.
Enhancements
- Deflagration (Any flammable Objects within the radius during the blast will catch fire, and any being who takes at least 4 Damage will catch fire. Starting the Round after they caught fire, flaming targets take 2 Damage per Round until the fire is extinguished.)
