Description

Keith Nightly grabs an instrument and pours his soul into a rockin' jam session, letting out a sonic blast so powerful it disorients his target and can rupture organs.

Uses Music

System

Spend an Action, Exert your Mind, choose a target within 45 feet, and roll Dexterity + Performance Difficulty 6. The target may defend by rolling Body, Difficulty 6 as a Free Action.

Damage dealt equals the difference between your attack roll's Outcome and the defensive roll's (if one was made), plus 3.The target's Armor is Fully Effective.

Enhancements

  • Painful (The target suffers a -3 dice penalty for the next hour or until the Injury is healed. This dice penalty does not stack multiple times on the same target.)

Drawbacks

  • Focus (Using this Effect requires a specific kind of item.)
