Description

The power given to him by The Harbinger has bound itself to the stitches on his face. This has immensely boosted his reflexes and agility, allowing him to dodge bullets, fire before most humans can even react, and exceed the normal limits to his dexterity. However, these stitches bleed whenever he benefits from their power, as a constant reminder of what happens when you fail to serve the client. The future ruler of the world expects nothing less. The power's however can be taken for 2 months by someone else removing them, wielding the power while holding them. But the diligant butler will always get them back, and will hunt down those who take them.

System

Passive, always in effect. Your Dexterity rating is increased by 1. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Dexterity (cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations.)

A given Contractor may have a maximum of one Mythic Attribute. This Power can only be taken by Contractors who have purchased the fifth level of Dexterity.

Enhancements

  • Bullet Time (Exert your Mind and spend an Action or Reaction to make a single dodge roll that applies its full Outcome to any attacks made against you that Round. Mob bonuses do not apply on attacks against you this Round.)
  • The Best Defense (You may take any actions as a Reaction, other than Effect activations. You must target whatever you are Reacting to, if applicable.)

Drawbacks

  • Samson (A marking or physical trait is the source of your power. Losing it removes all benefits for the next 2 months. If someone witnesses you using this Effect, they get a Perception check to determine the source of your power.)
    • Source of your Power - Stitches Down the Face
  • Monstrous (Possessing this Power causes a mutation that elicits a strong, negative social response from the average person in your setting. The mutation is visible even if you are wearing long sleeves, pants, and shoes. Maximum one per Contractor.)
    • Mutation - Stitches Down the Face That Bleed When doing Dex Rolls
