Viewing Effect - Extra Appendage
Replace a missing body part or add a new one!

Create a Extra Appendage Power

You have an Extra Appendage that either replaces a missing body part or functions as an additional humanoid arm. If your Extra Appendage is significantly damaged or destroyed, you may spend a few days to repair, replace, or regrow it.

This can be used to replace an arm that was amputated, or even to replace a fully functioning arm if you really want.

Your Extra Appendage functions either as a replacement body part or a standard humanoid arm and hand. Any Battle Scars on your Extra Appendage, including its complete loss, can be healed over one Downtime.

If your Extra Appendage acts as an additional limb instead of a replacement, you do not need to re-roll to maintain a successful grapple. Instead, your previous Outcome can be reused each Round until the grapple is broken.

This Power is passive and always in effect.

Reach (Your appendages can reach an additional 30 feet.)

Semi-Autonomous Augment (Your extra appendage has some level of autonomy from you; you still control its Actions, but it is not connected to your nervous or circulatory systems and you will not take damage if it is hit by an attack.)

Savage Blows (Attacks with your appendage are particularly vicious. Brawl attacks with it get +1 damage, and Brawn does not act as Armor against it.)

Pseudopod (Your appendage is capable of bending and squishing in seemingly impossible ways, allowing it to twist around and fit inside small gaps easily.)

Phantom Limb (Your appendage is selectively incorporeal, allowing you to reach through walls or ignore grapples on it.)
Your limb's incorporeal-ness doesn't enhance your attacks in any way.

Sticky Grip (Your appendage has a grip that is hard to shake. You may attempt a grapple with only your Extra Appendage at no penalty.)

Grindhouse (You may make an attack using your Extra Appendage that behaves like a particular standard weapon. E.g. you may fire bullets from it or use it as a sword.)
Choose the weapon and attack stats at the time of Power creation.

Focus (Activating this Power requires a specific kind of item.)
Subject to GM approval.
Conditional (Only usable when a certain condition is met. This condition must be severe enough that the Power is unusable the majority of the time.)
Condition must be significant. Subject to GM approval.
Unique Focus (This Power takes the form of a specific, unique item, which can be borrowed, lost, or stolen.)
Misshapen (You cannot wear standard human clothes, and using many sorts of vehicles and facilities is difficult.)
Maddening (Possession of this Power causes a Trauma that cannot be cured by any means. The chosen Trauma must be particularly dangerous and/or restrictive.)
This Trauma should require a Mind roll to avoid serious issues and loss of Character control. For example, "you must roll Mind to surface from any body of water," or "you must roll Mind to avoid jumping into fire when you see it," or "you cannot trust your life to someone else without rolling Mind." etc.
Mind Of Its Own (Your appendage has it's own agenda. Roll Mind Difficulty 7 to choose targets in combat, and the GM may call for a Mind Difficulty 7 roll in other instances where an action would depend on the use of your limb.)
Stumpy (Your Extra Appendage is incapable of fine object manipulation.)
This is appropriate for legs, prehensile tails, etc. Depending on flavor, you may still be able to carry objects with your Extra Appendage, but you cannot wield a weapon or operate a machine with it.
Monstrous (This Power causes a mutation that elicits a strong, negative social response from the average person in your Cell's setting. The mutation is ALWAYS present and visible even if you are wearing long sleeves, pants, and shoes. Maximum one per Contractor)
This mutation is ALWAYS present, even when the Power is not being used, and ALWAYS extreme and difficult to conceal. This mutation may complicate social situations at the GMs discretion. Maximum of one Power with the Monstrous Drawback per Contractor.
Cyborg (Your Extra Appendage counts as an object and can be hacked or targeted by any Powers that affect objects or machines. Injuries to your Extra Appendage cannot be healed by Powers that affect living things but may be repaired during Downtime.)
Diminutive Limb (All rolls utilizing your Extra Appendage are at a -2 dice Penalty.)
