Description

Compared to a normal human, you do not need nearly as much food, water, air, or sleep.

System

You may go five times longer than a normal human without food, water, air, or sleep.

Passive, always in effect.

Enhancements

Breathless (You do not require air to survive.)

Drinkless (You do not require water to survive.)

Hungerless (You do not require food to survive.)

Sustenance (You may Exert your Mind to suspend a Living target's need for food, water, and air for 5 times their normal requirements.)

Sleepless (You do not require sleep to survive or stay sane.)

Hibernation (You can suspend all requirements for life by entering an inanimate state. You can remain in this state for up to 2 months, and are effectively Incapacitated while Hibernating. Entering and Exiting takes one minute, during which you cannot act.)

Cocoon (When you enter Hibernation you create a protective cocoon around yourself. While cocooned you can take a maximum of 1 damage from any attack, and are impervious to environmental conditions.)

Longevity (Aging no longer affects you.)

Drawbacks

Active (This Power is no longer passive. Spend an Action and Exert your Mind to activate it for one hour.)
Conditional (This Effect is only available when a certain condition is met. This condition must be severe enough that this Gift is unusable the majority of the time.)
The condition must be significant. Subject to GM approval.
Thirsty (This power does not affect the need for water.)
Hungry (This Power does not affect the need for food.)
Gasping (Does not affect the need for air.)
Sleepy (Does not affect the need for sleep.)
Mayfly (For every 1 year that passes, you age 5 years. Supernatural attempts to age you are 5 times as effective.)
Monstrous (Possessing this Power causes a mutation that elicits a strong, negative social response from the average person in your setting. The mutation is visible even if you are wearing long sleeves, pants, and shoes. Maximum one per Contractor.)
This mutation is ALWAYS present, even when the Gift is not being used, and ALWAYS extreme and difficult to conceal. This mutation may complicate social situations at the GMs discretion. Maximum of one Gift with the Monstrous Drawback per Contractor.
Unusual Diet (You no longer require any food or water; instead, you must consume a different specific material to provide your body with energy. For every day you fail to consume it, you lose a point of Brawn; if your Brawn falls to 0 this way, you die.)
Your Brawn will restore back to normal once you have consumed the chosen material.

Example Powers

The Ranger is an expert at wildlife survival in any natural environment. Even in the harshest climates, they have the capacity to find food, water, and shelter suitable for sleeping.


You gain the following benefits as long as you are in the wilderness.

You no longer require any food, water, or sleep in order to survive.

You can suspend all requirements for life by entering an inanimate state. You can remain in this state for up to 2 months, and are effectively Incapacitated while Hibernating. Entering and Exiting takes one minute, during which you cannot act.

The Solider is accustomed to going long periods without food or water and can operate on very little sleep.


You gain the following benefits at all times.

You may go five times longer than a normal human without food, water, sleep, and air.

Through their faith in the Lord, The Priest is able to stretch bread and fish to extreme lengths, feeding a seemingly endless number of people from what appear to be meager supplies.


Spend an Action to activate. Select a target within arm's reach. You must actively and obviously use bread or a fish to activate this Effect.

For the next 24 hours, your target does not require any food, water, or sleep. Any attempts to age your target fail.

This Gift's level is capped at 2 Gifts and cannot be increased further.
