Description

Chuck grabs the poor bastard by the shirt and levels him with a withering stare, a puddle of urine slowly forming beneath the target's feet.

System

Choose a Sapient target within Arm's Reach and Exert your Mind. Your target must make a Trauma roll (Mind, Difficulty 8). If they fail, they acquire a new Trauma, chosen by the GM, and take 1 point of Mind damage. This Trauma may be removed by Powers or mundane therapy as per the normal rules.

Your target is aware that they are being attacked and can usually determine you are the one doing it. (Generally, this is folded into the Power's flavor and Description.)

If your target is incapacitated, they automatically fail their Trauma roll.


Enhancements

  • Induce Panic (Make a Difficulty 6 roll when you activate this Power and use the target's Trauma roll to resist. If your contested Outcome is positive, the target takes that much Mind damage. They receive a new Trauma if and only if you deal at least 3 Mind damage.)
    • Chosen Roll - Brawn + Intimidate

  • Right in the Childhood (The defender's Trauma roll is made at -3 dice.)

Drawbacks

  • Single Minded (Only causes a single type of Trauma when the target fails their roll.)
    • Trauma Caused - Terror of Chuck
