Description

Due to a contract/deal with a lower god, Niel has 2 ritual circle drawn on his palms that when he claps together combines to make a summoning ritual for one of the gods tentacle. Due to it just being a simple ritual circle as he is still researching about it, the power is drastically weaker than it should be.
Niel is also using a bracelet charm to increase the strength of the ritual through a supporting ritual circle.

System

Spend an Action, Exert your Mind, choose a target within 45 feet, and roll Intellect + Occult ( dice) Difficulty 6. The target may defend by rolling to dodge or Defend (as for an attack with a thrown weapon) as a Reaction.

Damage dealt equals the difference between your attack roll's Outcome and the defensive roll's (if one was made), plus 3.The target's Armor is Fully Effective.

Enhancements

Painful (The target suffers a -3 dice penalty for the next hour or until the Injury is healed. This dice penalty does not stack multiple times on the same target.)
Forceful Blow (If the target receives an Injury, they are knocked back 5 * Severity feet.)
