Mark's race experiences enhanced strength and potency under Earth's yellow sun.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
Your Brawn rating is increased by 1. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Brawn (cannot be used on combat rolls or Effect activations).
You also gain the following effects:
Tighe reaches to his back, digging into his skin with his nails as he slowly pulls out a blanket of the corresponding skin wrapping it around himself, morphing into the creature.
Exert your Mind and spend one minute.
You transform into a raven or any region-appropriate small animal for two hours or until you choose to end the Effect. See the Extended System text for stats.
While transformed, you cannot use any equipment (including Artifacts and Consumables), and you do not have access to any of your Powers. Any equipment you are wearing transforms with you.
Injuries and Wound Level are carried over between forms. However, transforming can never kill you; you merely remain Incapacitated until your Injuries are sufficiently healed.
While transformed, you may speak and use any Influence or Communication Powers you posses.
Ellis has the power to create and ignite small lines of gunpowder at the tips of his fingers, as well as access to a small blowtorch from his index fingers. His hands appear constantly charred and sooty, with his pointer fingers glowing like soft embers.
The gunpowder created by this Gift will never be enough to create a full explosive, and will do at most 1 damage if it is ignited directly on someone's skin (and they don't just move out of the way or dust it off).
You gain the following benefits at all times.
You are permanently and visibly transformed: your hands constantly appear charred and sooty, and your pointer fingers glow softly like embers. You are considered to be a Sapient, Living being when targeted..
Your body provides you with the functionality of a blowtorch and small gunpowder fuses. If used to attack, these "tools" use the same stats as a small knife.
You are a jack of all trades, if you really try you can be skilled in almost any field of expertise however you cannot surpass someone who was specialised in that area
You gain the following benefits at all times.
Your Intellect rating is increased by 0. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Intellect (Cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations).
You also gain the following effects:
A blur spits past you, you look forward and what do you see? Absolutely nothing. What was it? Was it a small train? Was it perhaps a car? No, it was just an idiot whose legs go fast and vision blurs out. A streak of whatever color he was wearing follows closely behind his running
You gain the following benefits as long as Has consumed speed within the past 30 minutes..
You can run at three times your normal movement speed.
If you move faster than your normal move speed, the world around you turns to a blur, and Perception rolls are made at -3 dice.
Osmand summons up a glob of rusty, grimey, dirty, disgusting slime and plunges it into the target, cleansing their body of disease and toxin.
Exert your Mind and spend 15 minutes. Select a Living target within arm's reach.
You may cure any Non-Alien diseases, toxins, or poisons afflicting your target even if you have not diagnosed or fully understood it. You may cure diseases or poisons even if they are not treatable through modern medicine. During treatment, the malady you are treating does not progress or cause additional Damage or other effects.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation will almost certainly be disturbed to see Dirt, Rust, and Grime enter the targets mouth/wound and exit covered in blood and the toxin/disease..
The aquamancer spends a minute soaking their wounds in at least a gallon of water. During this time, the injured area is obviously absorbing the liquid, and the flesh visibly knits back together.
Exert your Mind and spend 1 minute. You must use up at least a gallon of water in order to activate this Effect. Choose a specific Injury on yourself that has not yet been treated with this Effect and roll Brawn + Survival at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, the Injury is reduced in Severity by your Outcome. If you reduce its Severity to 0, the Injury is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate.
This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain.
The priest channels their true faith into a brutal assault on the consciousness of demonic or unholy creatures. By wielding their favored holy symbol, a gilded crucifix, they can put a proper fear of god into them, leaving them cowering at any truly holy things they encounter.
Exert your Mind (unless you have been recently attacked by your target) and spend an Action. Select a Sapient target within 20 feet. This Effect cannot be used unless the target is undead, demonic, or another evil creature. You must actively and obviously use a gilded cross to activate this Effect. Roll Charisma + Occult at Difficulty 6. Affected targets may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 8 with a -3 dice penalty. If they are incapacitated or unconscious, they fail automatically and their Outcome is 0.
If the Contested Outcome is positive, the target takes Mind damage equal to the Contested Outcome. If you deal at least 3 Mind damage, the target will gain a phobia of holy things as a Trauma. This Trauma may be removed by Effects or mundane therapy, as normal. Affected targets are aware that they are being attacked and can generally tell who did it.
The toon shouts a catchphrase, strikes a pose, and then zips away at a high speed, leaving a cloud of dust behind. While moving, they look like a blur.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action.
Whenever you use your Movement, after all other calculations, the distance you may travel is doubled.
The vampire sucks a copious amount of blood from a human and replenishes their own cursed flesh.
Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and spend 1 minute. This Effect cannot be used unless you drink blood directly from a human until it injures them. Choose a specific Injury on yourself that has not yet been treated with this Effect and roll Brawn + Occult at Difficulty 6.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation or for its duration will almost certainly be disturbed to see you drink blood directly from the vein.
True to their namesake, the hacker can penetrate the security of any computer system, granting access to its informational stores, or, in a pinch, allowing them to issue commands. The hacked system will display a flickering image of a ghost until it is dismissed.
While hacking, The Technician's fingers move with supernatural speed, blurring like a ghost.
Exert your Mind and spend 1 minute. Select a Computer within arm's reach. Does not work on Alien technology. Roll Intellect + Technology, with the Difficulty set by the GM depending on the security of the system you are hacking. Sapient targets can resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, you may issue a single command to the targeted system. This command must have a specific outcome or be a request for specific login credentials. The command you issue must be within the machine's current capabilities. For example, you cannot order a standard security camera to grow legs and walk around.
If your command does not require bypassing the security of the target (for example, typing on a computer that is unlocked), you do not need to Exert your Mind to activate this Effect, and activation only takes a single Action.
Your Hack cannot be reversed through mundane means for a number of hours equal to your Outcome.
Every hack you make leaves behind a flickering image of a ghost in the system as a personal "calling card" that informs anyone who uses the system that the hack occurred.
