You transform into a vampire bat or a wolf for one hour or until you choose to end the Effect. See the Extended System text for stats.

From the three pulsating diodes in Jackie's head, a beam is formed. Unbending, and certainly unyielding the red pulsating beam melts flesh and bursts clothes into flames with mere contact. Although the effect is searing red hot pain, the beam looks like a regular almost laser pointer beam. Charred flesh and cooking meat fills the senses of anybody unfortunate enough to witness such a thing.
As customary for every field agent of X, Jackie has a form of self defense. His facial cybernetics mark him as a field agent, but also has a dual purpose. Unassuming, the cybernetics have a slight red glow to them, which can draw attention. upon activation, the pulsating and the glow mount until they lance forth, peaking in a triangular shape. From here, the lance is unleashed upon any fool who needs a reminder of the weakness of their flesh. (uses same stats as rifle.) rolls off intellect/dex)

This version of Minds forge is a primitive one
Take a Severity-1 Injury and spend 1 minute. You must actively and obviously use Things that represent the object that is attempting to be made to activate this Effect.

Amaranth's primordial physiology has evolved yet again, allowing him to leap great distance with little care for things like "A run up" and "Conservation of Energy", his body naturally accelerating beyond normal means as he bounds forward with his movement, almost seeming to blur as he does so before becoming more distinct after a few moments when he lands.
Spend an Action or Reaction. Select a Location which is at most 1000 feet away horizontally or 200 feet away vertically. If you are using this Effect as a Reaction, you must travel at least 10 feet.
You jump to the chosen location. If the landing is precarious, the GM may call for a roll to land safely. You will never take fall damage from successfully landing a jump made with this Effect.
You may opt to trade your free movement for a Super Leap if you are jumping less than 50 feet or if you are closing a gap to an opponent and spend your Action on an attack.
You may activate this Effect while in free-fall, as long as your target Location is a surface on which you can land. You are immune to fall damage.
When you use this Effect as a Reaction to dodge, if you Exert your Mind to activate the Effect, you do not need to roll; your dodge is automatically successful.
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Technophobe: Roll self control to trust your life to newly encountered technology and Primal Man: Roll self control to use any post BC weaponry in combat.

The beastmaster shouts, and their human voice cracks into a deep, bestial roar. Their body swells with muscle, clothes melting into a thick pelt of fur. Seconds later the beastmaster is gone. Standing in their place is a massive grizzly bear.
However, even in human form the beast within remains close to the surface, and the beastmaster finds highly civilized social situations unbearable.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Living target within arm's reach. Roll Dexterity + Brawl Difficulty 6. The target may contest by rolling Body, Difficulty 6.
If the contested Outcome is positive, the target takes that much Damage plus 4. The target's material Armor is completely ignored.
When you activate this Effect, instead of occurring immediately, you may choose to delay its effects until the target takes a particular Action. For example: "when they fire a gun" or "when they swim in deep water."
Instead of dealing Damage all at once, the Injury caused by this Power starts at Severity 1 and worsens at the rate of one level per Round until it reaches the Severity it would have otherwise been.
