The Henna marking unfolds from underneath the bracelet, crawling across the skin to form matching patterns on both the prospective client & the wielder of R.I.S.H.I.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate. Select a target within 20 feet.
Your target is marked with a Henna marking until it is removed or until you choose to end the Effect. The mark can be intuitively removed if it is discovered. Removal inflicts a Severity 1 Injury on the target.
You are aware of the marked target's direction and distance from you. You can have up to 3 marks active.
You receive +2 dice to any rolls made against a marked target.
Your Marked targets are all similarly aware of your direction and distance from them while the Mark is active.
As an obsidian dust cloud is expelled from the stone towards the target. It rapidly solidifies into a display of corpses with their respective bleeding injuries and hollow eyes. As attacks are absorbed these corpses will retaliate as a mob trying to bring the attacker to their dead realm while turning into bleeding skeletons.
A denizen of xibalba gifts the souls of those who died or where buried near by an obsidian body on earth. This body is to be used to protect a target and take out their anger out on the attacker. Despite the bodies not being flesh they bleed possibly making the dead relive their last moments one earth causing them to scream in pain. As old habits die had specially after serving Chamiabac and Chamiaholom.
Spend an Action or Reaction. Select a Animate target within 20 feet. Roll Charisma + Influence at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, you create a barrier around your target, which absorbs the next Outcome + 2 Damage. Any Damage absorbed by the barrier is reflected back to the attacker, up to a maximum of the Barrier Strength Parameter’s bonus. Their Armor applies in full. The Damage reduction from the barrier is applied before Armor. This Artifact may only have 1 active barrier at a time.
You must maintain Concentration while using this Effect. The barrier will fall if you are interrupted, or if it absorbs the full amount of Damage. When a barrier falls, you cannot use this Effect again for a minimum of 2 Rounds.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation will almost certainly be disturbed to see the shield is made of bleeding obsidian effigies of those who have died gruesome deaths. As they scream in pain, their bodies turn into bleeding skeletons just to be replaced with new corpses.
This Gift's Cost is capped at 2 and cannot be increased further.
Dipping the brush with your blood and paint and drawing the visage of a samurai will summon a single mighty warrior from feudal japan
Take a Severity-1 Injury and spend one minute. You must use up blood, paint and paper in order to activate this Effect.
Summon a single samurai at your location. They will last until they are destroyed. They are controlled by the GM but will follow any commands you give. This Artifact may have at most 1 minion active at a time.
After you finish activating this Effect, you cannot move quicker than a walk (max 15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour. Exhaustion’s penalty and duration stacks with multiple activations.
You may only use this Effect once per day.
The plunger appears to blur as if it was spinning. When it unblurs, the plunger takes on the form of the chosen firearm.
This Artifact can be used as a Handgun. It is roughly the same size as a Handgun and just as difficult to conceal.

When breaking the opponents weapon it appears as if a dragon bites and snaps it.

This Artifact can be used as a sword / axe. It is roughly the same size as a sword / axe but can be collapsed into A small blue dragon wrapped around their arm and concealed. Collapsing or expanding it costs a Quick Action.

The axe, easily as tall as most men flies through the air spinning like a top as it bisects even large vehicles in twain with ease, and on each impact it rebounds, seeking the blood of the next largest target, the insatiable axe an excellent tool for dealing with the hordes of smaller scavengers that tended to congregate around large predators as much as it deals with the massive beasts in question before returning unerringly to the hand of the wielder, as if it had never been lost in the first place.
This Artifact can be used as a throwing axe. It is roughly at least twice as large as a throwing axe and cannot be concealed on your person or disassembled for storage.

The De-Neuralizer is a small silver device that can emanate a bright flash of light. Any being that looks into it with uncovered eyes has their most recent period of the their memory set into a highly over-writable state for a moment. While in this state, their memories may be overwritten at will.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Location within within arm's reach. All Sapient targets within 20 feet are affected. This Effect cannot be used unless the target is looking directly into the device with uncovered eyes. Roll Charisma + Influence at Difficulty 6. The target may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 7.
If the contested Outcome is positive, the most recent 1 hour from your target’s memory is either replaced with new memories or forgotten entirely. This is recorded as a Condition. The level of detail and completeness of the alteration depends on your Outcome. If you fail, the target realizes that you are attempting to alter their memories.
The period is chosen either by time (i.e. “last Friday night”) or by reference to a specific event (i.e. “when the murder occurred”).
The Predatory Raiment has a cloak feature that allows its owner to hide themselves and their equipment with active camouflage. When viewed, they look like a slightly shifted and shimmering version of the surrounding environment.
You gain the following benefits as long as you are not at all wet and you are wearing this Artifact.
You are obscured in one of the following manners. You may Spend an Action to change the way in which you're concealed.
While this Effect is active, any Effect that would obscure you from other, additional senses fails automatically. If someone discovers you, this Effect will not help you hide from them for the next minute. This Effect does not end early when you activate an obvious Effect, attack, or receive an Injury.
The airship of solitude is the mad scientist's lair and preferred mode of travel. Not only does it include a full science laboratory, it can be collapsed into an incredibly small canvas cube and easily transported. The mad scientist may pilot the ship alone or rely on its autopilot features for ultimate convenience.
This Artifact can be used as a blimp. It is roughly the same size as a blimp but can be collapsed into a phone-sized canvas cube and concealed. Collapsing or expanding it costs a Quick Action.
This blimp has full science laboratory, bullet-proof envelope, and ample parachutes. Any roll to pilot this vehicle receives +2 dice.

The "Reaper" Assault Helmet is the signature piece of the Future Soldier's arsenal. It has a sleek, design and is made of a mysterious matte-metallic alloy. The wearer's face is exposed normally, but when a battle begins, a blue holographic visor flickers to life in front of the eyes. This HUD contains information about the soldier's ammunition and shield status, but more significantly can detect enemy combatants. Anyone nearby who is holding a weapon is painted with a red dot that follows them in real time. This allows the Future Soldier to fire at painted targets in the dark, detect ambushes lurking around corners, and grants an overall tactical advantage.
This Effect activates whenever combat begins. It does not require an Action or Exertion.
You automatically detect all people wielding weapons within 300 feet of you for the next hour. This includes any who come within range during the duration. You have a sense of how many valid targets are nearby, as well as their distance and direction.
The spy can do up their passport to appear as any valid form of identification.
This Artifact can change its appearance. When not transformed, it is roughly the same size as a passport and just as difficult to conceal.
Whenever you show this Artifact to someone, you may give a general description of an Object within the category of forms of identification, and anyone who hears the description and sees the Artifact will have their mind fill in the details to complete the illusion.
The way the Artifact is seen can mimic specific items (such as a particular painting, a certain person’s ID, etc), but must be of a similar size and weight to this Artifact.
The new appearance is illusory; it will hold up to scrutiny, but its composition is not altered and it gains no new functionality. Any attempt to use it for a function which it cannot perform (for instance, making bread look like a knife and then trying to stab someone) will cause the illusion to fail or allow a Perception check to see through the illusion, at the GM's discretion.
