The Creature lashes out with its tendrils, latching onto an unsuspecting victim. In an instant, it’s grievous wounds begin to close, sucking the life from the victim like a terrible mosquito.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate. Select a Sapient target within arm's reach. This Effect cannot be used unless it is transfering injuries TO targets. Roll a single D10 as a critical failure check. If you roll a 1, the Effect fails, and you lose your extra appendage for a month. If the target does not consent to the transfer, you must roll Brawn + Parasitic Applications at Difficulty 6 to use the effect on them. They can resist by rolling either Body or Mind at Difficulty 6, depending on what you are attempting to transfer to them.
You may choose a single instance of one of the following to transfer from your target to yourself, or from yourself to them:
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation will almost certainly be disturbed to see the victim's body being injected with writhing parasites that then emaciate the relevant body part, then get sucked back into UA-566, healing them.
The person affected may experience an increased heartrate, a willingness or newly found likening to the gift user and increased amounts of blushing, blinking and sweating.
The gift allows the user to coax a chosen person into quickly developing sexual feelings for them, and an immediate urge to act upon these feelings.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a number of Living targets equal to your Charisma within 45 feet as well as a specific emotion. Roll a single D10 as a critical failure check. If you roll a 1, the Effect fails, and you Everyone becomes asexual for the next hour, hater behaviour ensues towards any flirting.. Roll Charisma + Influence at Difficulty 6. Affected targets can resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, for the next hour, affected targets will do things they otherwise wouldn’t have done, inspired by the chosen emotion. They will not necessarily display their emotions in an obvious way. Your own emotions are also shifted in the same way.
Actions they take will be in keeping with their character and the way they tend to deal with strong emotions. They will be unlikely to change their mind about any actions taken or decisions made until after the Effect ends.
When your target interacts with any valid target, they must roll Self-Control or be swept up in the same emotion. New targets pass it on as well, and so on, with the remaining duration decreasing by half until the chain stops.
This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is lip biting. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.
It's been so long since Mothman has socialized with real people- he feels better the further he is from their culture.
As he distants himself, he found he was dreaming of turning into a powder that coalesces into animals, running around at night. It was weeks before he figured out they weren't entirely dreams.
Exert your Mind and spend a Quick Action.
You transform into Moth for two hours or until you choose to end the Effect. See the Extended System text for stats.
While transformed, you cannot use any equipment (including Artifacts and Consumables), and you cannot use your Active, Direct, or Trap Powers. However, you can use your Passive Powers. The equipment you are wearing does not transform with you.
Injuries and Wound Level are carried over between forms. However, transforming can never kill you; you merely remain Incapacitated until your Injuries are sufficiently healed.
When you activate this Effect, roll a single D10. if the result is 5 or lower, you receive a Severity-1 Injury and a Minor Battle Scar.

The area within 20 feet of you immediately and obviously becomes imminently dangerous. Roll Intellect + Brawl at Difficulty 6. Targets inside the radius may attempt an appropriate Reaction at GM’s discretion. Finding a physical barrier to use as cover will cut total damage taken in half (applies after Reaction roll but before Armor).
If the Outcome is positive, your blast hits everything within 20 feet of you with Damage equal to your Outcome + 2. Armor is fully effective against this damage. If you botched the activation roll, you will also take full damage from the blast, otherwise it will not hurt you.
After you finish activating this Effect, you cannot move quicker than a walk (max 15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour.
This power makes your arms swell with muscle, both as a protective covering, and increasing one's strength tremendously. This effect is almost immediate, as your body wills the muscle into existence almost subconsciously, to meet the needs of the contractor.
Exert your Mind and spend a Quick Action to activate.
You transform into Fists Like Meat Hammers for 3 minutes. You have access to all of your Powers while you are Fists Like Meat Hammers, and you can use your equipment. Your Battle Scars, Injuries, and physical Liabilities are carried over between forms. While transformed, your Brawn is increased by 1.
Your alternate form is its own deadly weapon. Unarmed attacks made in your alternate form deal +3 Bonus Damage (instead of the typical -2).
You do not suffer wound penalties while in your Alternate Form.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation or for its duration will almost certainly be disturbed to see Arms grow to inhuman size, discolored from the muscles' distortion.

Your appendage has a grip that is hard to shake. While grappling a target, when contesting their physical actions, you may roll your full dice pool, but it only counts as a Quick Action.
Your Extra Appendage is incapable of fine object manipulation.
The mutant has gained some control over their genetic instability, allowing them to trigger a mutation at will. When the need arises, their flesh warps and twists, and a new mutation manifests that is suited to whatever obstacle the mutant happens to be facing at the time.
