You gain the following benefits at all times.
You have 6 Armor, which reduces incoming Damage. Armor from multiple sources does not stack. This Armor cannot be circumvented with Called Shots.

He opens you up and he knows exactly what he's looking at. He's hacking away at your organs and before you know it your stitched back up and you can move better than you can before.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
All Stabilizations you attempt are considered Proper Stabilizations.
You also gain the following effects:
The howl of the Banshee foretells death. Those who hear you are plagued with intense visions of their own demise, or that of those they hold dearest: either way, it's rarely a pleasant thing to experience.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Sapient target within 20 feet. Roll Charisma + Performance at Difficulty 6. Affected targets may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 8 with a -3 dice penalty. If they are incapacitated or unconscious, they fail automatically and their Outcome is 0.
If the Contested Outcome is positive, the target takes Mind damage equal to the Contested Outcome. If you deal at least 3 Mind damage, the target will gain a new Trauma selected by the GM. This Trauma may be removed by Effects or mundane therapy, as normal. Affected targets are aware that they are being attacked and can generally tell who did it.
Despite being over 700 years old, the user of this gift has not aged since consuming the "Holy grail" and still appears to be a fairly handsome 20 something whose hair cannot be cut and nor will it grow out.
Due to the consumption of what he thought was the holy grail, he was "killed" but his sheer hatred and bloodlust would not let him die so pitifully in that hole.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
You are permanently and visibly transformed: long knight-locks that grow back when their cut, eternally preserved skin. You are considered to be a Sapient, Non-Living being when targeted. Your Charisma is increased by 1.
Your Injuries no longer degrade with time.
Possession of this Power grants the following Battle Scar: Eternal "Life": Drinking the grail might've granted him eternal life, Tarhos still feels pain as though he were mortal and feels stress. While it won't kill him he still feels hunger and thirst and the adverse affects of starving and dehydration. Diseases will not kill him but he will still feel the pain of any symptoms. He may also be targeted by phenomena that requires a living target..
Laz fires a small nanite projectile from his wrist at the target, staring intently at the target as they begin to grow drowsy. While he continues to hold his hand toward them almost as if he's turning them off by sheer will. The target will feel a jolt as his skin makes contact, and a spreading feeling of warmth and relaxation, until they suddenly realize their joints and muscles no longer respond.
This projectile delivers several dozen individual nanites which immediately begin releasing microdoses of sedatives as they head to the nearest nerve cluster. Once they achieve nervous system access, they use electrical impulses to arrest the target's muscular control, leaving them unable to do much besides breathe and blink for as long as Laz maintains mental control. Once released, they deactivate and are ultimately flushed from the body by the kidneys.
Spend an Action. Select a Living target within 30 feet. Roll Dexterity + Medicine at Difficulty 6. Affected targets may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, your target becomes drowsy for the next 30 seconds, during which time they suffer an additional -2 dice Penalty to all Actions. At the end of their drowsiness, they fall into a state of sleep paralysis as long as you maintain Concentration. During this time, they remain fully conscious and aware of their surroundings but are incapable of taking any actions.
Sleeping targets will not prematurely wake up on their own, but may still be woken up by sudden loud noises, being jarred or splashed with water, taking Damage, or similar rousing events. They will also awaken before dying of hunger, thirst, or suffocation. Drowsy targets always fall asleep, regardless of what happens while they are drowsy.
When activating this Effect you may attempt a knockout. If you do and your Contested Outcome exceeds 4, the target falls asleep immediately. Otherwise, they suffer the drowsy penalty for 2 Rounds.
When an affected target wakes up, they remain drowsy for the next minute, and suffer a -3 dice penalty. If an affected target successfully resists being put to sleep, they will still become drowsy for the next minute, and will suffer the same penalty.
This Gift's Cost is capped at 2 and cannot be increased further.
The mobster presents a reasoned, logical case to the target: there's a lot of dangerous folks out there, and only they can offer safety... for a price.
If they agree, they will pay the mobster a monthly fee for protection. If they stop making their payments... well, let's just say, the mobster can't be held responsible for any unsavory types that might pay them a visit.
This Effect cannot be used unless you are making a deal to exchange money for protection.
You may make an oath with a physically-present, Sapient target. Communicate the oath's terms to the target, including the requirements and penalties for each participant. If all agree to the terms, you must Exert your Mind and all participants must shake hands to seal the deal.
Record the oath as a Condition. If a party breaks the oath, the Condition ends and they suffer the oath's penalty.
When crafting your oath, you may incorporate any of the following penalties:
The target cannot be compelled to agree via a direct threat of violence, another Effect, or another oath. If you would like to use clever wording to mislead the target, you must succeed a contested Intellect + (Culture or Influence) roll.

The area within 25 feet of you immediately and obviously becomes imminently dangerous. Roll Charisma + Performance at Difficulty 6. Targets inside the radius may attempt an appropriate Reaction at GM’s discretion. Finding a physical barrier to use as cover will cut total Damage taken in half (applies after Reaction roll but before Armor).
If the Outcome is positive, your blast hits everything within 25 feet of you with Damage equal to your Outcome + 4. Armor is fully effective against this Damage. If you botched the activation roll, you will also take full Damage from the blast, otherwise it will not hurt you.
You may only use this Effect once per day.
