Cletus passes out a small balloon full of a clear liquid, that would pop against the target’s face, assaulting their senses, and filling their mind with drowsiness, until they eventually fall to the ground.
Use up this A balloon full of Diethyl Ether and spend an Action to activate. Make a Water balloon attack at a Living or Animate target within normal attack range. Roll your for your attack as normal. The target may roll to dodge or defend, as normal for Water balloon attacks. The attack may or may not deal Damage as per a normal attack, at the user's choice.
If you succeed, your target becomes drowsy for the next 30 minutes, during which time they suffer an additional -3 dice Penalty to all Actions. After this, they fall asleep for Outcome x 3 rounds.
Affected targets will not prematurely wake up on their own, but may still be woken up by sudden loud noises, being jarred or splashed with water, taking damage, or similar rousing events. They will also awaken before dying of hunger, thirst, or suffocation.
The Mk 6 is a rectangular object approximately 5 x 5 x 10 cm. It is a model developed by Meng Hao over multiple months of research and development. When activated and slapped on an object with the back to the object, the object will have its temporal characteristics changed. The object rapidly ages before it essentially turns to dust.
Due to its nature as a prototype, it is recommended to not be used with any object bigger than the size of a duffel bag. It is also sometimes unreliable due to its nature as well.
The Mark 6 is a innovation based off of the original XACTS Mark 1. While usage differs significantly from the original. Isolation of its effects has been put to use in multiple instances. While not working on living biological matter (believed to be due to the fact that living biological matters may be affected by quantum entanglement and to affect these matters means to be able to affect multiple versions and forms of them at the same time.) The Mark 6 works great when it comes to needing to eliminate waste or other inorganic matter such as plastic. The effects resemble natural decay/erosion. While through normal means plastic would just be grinded down to minuscule plastic bits, the mark 6 completely turns it into dust! its rather extraordinary.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate. Select a Non-Sapient Object within arm's reach no larger than a duffel bag (35 liters). Roll a single d10, Difficulty 4. If you fail or botch, the Effect fails and you cannot activate it again for an hour. Roll Intellect + Technology Difficulty 6.
If your Outcome is 4 or higher, the target will be completely destroyed and can no longer function, though it may still be repaired. If your Outcome is less than 4, the target will be partially damaged, and any attempts to use it will suffer a dice penalty equal to your Outcome.
Those who flee the nightmare are marked with an infernal soot stain. So long as they are marked, the nightmare knows where they are.
This Effect activates whenever someone runs in fear from you or your gifts. It does not require an Action or Exertion. Select a target within 20 feet. “Your target should be intuitively based on the triggering event.

Colonel shoves his hand into the electrical plug, and visibly convulses and smokes for a moment before pointing his finger at a target- the electricity arcs out and ignites the target in a flash of blue electricity.
Would not work when wet, and could hit nearby targets if they are wet.
Take a Severity-1 Injury and spend an Action to activate. Select a target within 20 feet which has both fuel and oxygen available (if you are starting a new fire). This Effect cannot be used unless Must have access to high voltage- power lines, electrical plugs etc.
You may start a new fire as large as a firepit's fire at your target. You may create fires the size of a lighter or candle flame without Exerting your Mind. Your fires require fuel and oxygen in order to continue burning.
Lighting a target on fire deals 4 damage per round, starting in the next round after the one in which they caught fire. This damage is reduced by Armor, but the target’s Armor rating will be depleted by any damage dealt, destroying the Armor once it reaches 0.
Channeling his mind into the psychosphere his mental self delves into the collective unconscious around his area, feeling the ebb and flow of supernatural energies in addition to the nature of the creatures within it. While within it though his mind touches each of the nearby creatures, from the smallest bug, to the mind's of other people and in doing so he shares a glimpse of their experiences. Though it is unintelligible in terms of information gleaned at this time, the mental shockwaves are devastating in their potential for psychological damage.

You must maintain Concentration while the effect is active. Roll Intellect + Occult at Difficulty 6. The target may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 7.
You are able to view your target's memories. The target is unaware their memories are being probed. The Effect ends if the target moves out of range or your Concentration is interrupted.
You may ask specific questions about their memory - “what is their computer password,” “What were they doing at 4:00PM yesterday,” etc - but you cannot get answers to broad, analytical questions like “are they a good person?” or “what are their plans for the future?”
Each question you ask and memory you replay takes a single Round to read.
This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is Writing in a journal, eyes unfocused. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.
You may read memories that the target has forgotten.

The Thief examines an object closely for a minute to appraise its value. As their eyes dance across the subject, their pupils split vertically, and their irises fade to gold. If it is a particularly valuable item, the Thief may greedily lick their lips, revealing a forked tongue.
Within a minute, they have determined how materially valuable the object is and why.

You learn all the following information about your target:
The mutant now occasionally lays large, orange-speckled eggs. These Eggs do not hatch nor spoil. If cracked and applied to a chronic injury such as a missing limb, the scar heals completely within the hour. However, any area healed by the egg will forever carry an inhuman appearance as testament to the bizarre method of treatment.
Spend a minute and use up this unusually large egg (unless you succeed on 1d10, Difficulty 7). Select a Living target within arm's reach. Select a Battle Scar on your target to treat.
The treated Battle Scar heals as you finish activating this Effect.
Healing a Battle Scar in this way leaves behind an inhuman attribute such as fur, scales, or feathers on the target which cannot be healed.
The detective can learn a lot by watching someone for a minute. Each subtle detail, every unexplained stain, reveals something about where the target has been. Ocassionally, they'll drop a business card, or explain how to contact them. The detective is listening.
Exert your Mind and spend a minute. Select a Sapient target within 20 feet. This Effect cannot be used unless the target does not know you're watching them. You cannot investigate the same target more than once per hour. At the end of your investigation, roll Charisma + Investigation at Difficulty 6.

The Future Soldier learned to create foam grenades in their own time period, and they still can, kinda. They look like glowing orange capsules with a rugged rubberized grip. When thrown, they burst into a splash of expanding neon orange foam. The foam hardens in seconds, severely hampering the movement of anyone unlucky enough to have been splashed. Those affected may use their hands or weapons to hack away at the foam and free themselves.
Occasionally, the fuses on these bootleg grenades fails, and they go off immediately.
Spend an Action and use up this small metallic grenade with pin (unless you succeed on 1d10, Difficulty 7). Make a thrown attack at a Location within normal attack range. Roll a single D10 as a critical failure check. If you roll a 1, the Effect fails, and you are hit as it activates immediately at your present location. The target may roll to dodge or defend, as normal for thrown attacks. The attack does not deal Damage, but the Effect does.
If you succeed, all affected targets will be restricted at their location by a physical, tangible binding. They can still move their arms and use Effects, but are reduced to ¼ of their movement speed.
The binding around a target must be destroyed in order for them to break free. Breaking the binding requires a total amount of Damage equal to twice the original Contested Outcome. Damage from multiple attacks is cumulative and stacks linearly.
