Description

Chuckles used to be a doctor until he discovered the power of laughter allowing him to surpass those in his field requiring no drugs besides laughing gas. The only drawback is the target must agree laughter is the best medicine.

System

Passive, always in effect. All Stabilizations you attempt are considered Proper Stabilizations.

Enhancements

  • Surgeon Extraordinaire (You may perform any mundane surgery without inflicting or worsening an Injury, and recovery time is reduced to an hour.)
  • Sterile (Sanitary conditions no longer matter during medical care. Your patients will never suffer an infection or toxic shock during treatment, even if you are performing surgery in a sewer. You may preserve harvested body parts indefinitely.)
  • Field Medicine (You may stabilize any Injury during standard treatment, no roll or equipment required.)

Drawbacks

  • Fuel (Using this Effect consumes some material good in addition to its other costs.)
