Legacy Power: Song of the Siren
Red couldn't bear the loss of her voice, so she found another way to sing.

Description
Red holds the Transistor against her body and causes it to emit a high-pitched hum through vibration. The hum continually changes in pitch, creating a haunting parody of a song.
System
Choose an Attribute upon taking this Power.
Spend an Action, spend a point of Electricity, and choose a target within 300 feet. You make a contested roll against that target [Dexterity + Performance]. If you succeed, the chosen Attribute is reduced by one point for an hour. You cannot reduce Attributes to zero.
Enhancements
- Waste (Instead of success draining one Attribute point, the number of Attribute points you drain is equal to half your Outcome, rounded up.)
- Ironic Punishment (Instead of draining a single Attribute, you now drain their highest Attribute.)
- Destroy Attribute (Effect is permanent. The stat may be bought back up at its normal cost / rate.)
Drawbacks

(Possessing this Power causes a mutation that elicits a strong, negative social response from the average person in your setting. The mutation is visible even if you are wearing long sleeves, pants, and shoes. Maximum one per Contractor.)
