When used for sight: Pale blue mist pours out of the users hood and torso of their jacket, surrounding and obscuring the body, then dissipating. When the mist dissipates, the user is now difficult to see. They are clear, but slightly blur what's behind them.
When used for sound: Pale blue mist comes from the users sleeves and surrounds the object that will become silenced. The mist then gets absorbed and dispersed through the item, rendering it undetectable to hearing.
A 2 Gift Obscure Power used by Milo, created by BoringIndividual.
If used for sight: The user becomes cloaked in mist, then becomes camouflaged. *Can only be used if the user is wearing something that covers their torso and arms*
If used for sound: Mist surrounds, then dissipates into an item, making it undetectable to hearing. *Can only be used if the users arms are covered*
Exert your Mind and spend an Action to obscure yourself. You and any clothes or equipment you are wearing are obscured from [[affected-sense]] for 1 Minute. You cannot re-cast this Power until 1 Hour has elapsed. Entering Combat or being injured ends the effect early.
All mundane attempts to detect you via [[affected-sense]] fail, unless you chose vision. In that case, others must roll to detect you, and all attempts to detect you via mundane means are rolled at +2 Difficulty.
GMs should use their discretion when determining the exact effects of this Power. Standing still against a complex background may render you impossible to detect, and footprints in snow may make it easy. A chance to detect you is not guaranteed.
