Description

As Steve rocks out, a demonic creature built of music notes comes out of his guitar and grabs the enemy. Only the Enemy can see the beast. The creature grabs the arms and begins to shove a third hand into the chest of the enemy and begins to take out the ability which is a piece of the soul.

System

Spend an Action, Exert your Mind, and choose an Animate target within 45 feet. Make a contested roll of your Charisma + Performance Difficulty 6 against the target's Body Difficulty 6. If you succeed, Brawn is reduced by one point for a day. You cannot reduce Attributes to zero.

Drained attributes are recorded as Battle Scars on the character sheet, and are affected by anything which interacts with Battle Scars.

Enhancements

  • Concealed (Using this Effect is not obvious. Choose a Tell that occurs only when you use the Effect; if-- and only if-- someone suspects that a Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.)

    • Tell - He is playing his guitar

  • Destroy Attribute (Effect is permanent. The stat may be bought back up at its normal cost / rate.)
  • Siphon (You gain the Attributes you drain as a dice bonus to rolls made with that same Attribute equal to the amount you drained. Lasts one hour.)
  • Ironic Punishment (Instead of draining a single Attribute, you now drain their highest Attribute.)

Drawbacks

  • Mage (Activating this Effect requires two consecutive Actions of Concentration. It involves intricate use of the body and voice. If interrupted during activation, the Effect fails. It is obvious you are preparing to activate an Effect during casting.)
    • Activation Ritual - Must play his guitar
  • Focus (Using this Effect requires a specific kind of item.)
    • Object - His electric guitar
  • Unique Focus (This Power takes the form of a specific, unique item, which can be borrowed, lost, or stolen. You must use / wear this item as intended to use this Power.)
    • Focus - His starburst magic electric guitar
  • Tunnel Vision (While this Effect is active, you are at -2 dice to all Actions and cannot Concentrate.)
