Description

Jeremy has always made deals now others have to uphold their end.

System

Exert your Mind, spend an Action issuing your Suggestion to an Animate target within 20 feet, and roll Charisma + Influence Difficulty 6. You must communicate your command. The target may resist by rolling Mind, Difficulty 6 as a Free Action. If you succeed, the target will follow your command for Outcome in months.

Your command may be no more complex than Commands which require thought and/or decisions. Your command cannot be obviously self-endangering, destructive, or in violation of the target's Limits.


Enhancements

  • Enemy Orders (Your target may be engaged in Combat. You still cannot order them to endanger themselves, but you may order them to flee, attack a certain target, take a defensive or offensive stance, or similar.)
  • Loose Morals (Your command can push the target towards violating their Limits. When the Effect wears off, they must make any appropriate Trauma rolls. If you have taken the Enhancement Enemy Orders, you may command them to attack those they hold dear.)

Drawbacks

  • Consumable (Instead of using this Power directly on a target, you must prepare it as a consumable material. Anyone who drinks or eats a full dose is fully affected by the Power and cannot make any resistance rolls. Prepared doses expire in 24 hours.)
    • Consumable's Appearance - The Half The Contract
  • Fuel (Using this Effect consumes some material good in addition to its other costs.)
    • Fuel Unit - A peice of paper which the deal is written
  • Mage (Activating this Effect requires two consecutive Actions of Concentration. It involves intricate use of the body and voice. If interrupted during activation, the Effect fails. It is obvious you are preparing to activate an Effect during casting.)
    • Activation Ritual - Jeremy writes up a contract and the participants sign agreeing to the terms
  • Long Cast (This Effect takes one minute to activate.)
  • Easy to Resist (The target must either consent to be targeted or be unconscious, hypnotized, thoroughly drugged, in surgery or similarly incapacitated such that they could not or would not roll to resist this Power.)
  • Conditional (This Effect is only available when a certain condition is met. This condition must be severe enough that this Gift is unusable the majority of the time.)
    • Condition - They must strike a deal
  • Once per Day (You may only use this Effect once per day.)
