Description

Hank throws a baseball at the targets head and, if he hits, renders them stunned and unable to act for a while. They may be prematurely roused by some significant jolt such as taking damage, being splashed with water, etc.

System

Spend an Action, Exert your Mind, and roll Dexterity + Athletics, diff 6, to throw a baseball at your target's head. If it hits, and your successes are higher than the target's Brawn, they are stunned for one round per success.

Drawbacks

Focus (Using this Effect requires a specific kind of item.)
