Description
Due to a contract/deal with a lower god, Niel has 2 ritual circle drawn on his palms that when he claps together combines to make a summoning ritual for one of the gods tentacle. Due to it just being a simple ritual circle as he is still researching about it, the power is drastically weaker than it should be.
System
Spend an Action, Exert your Mind, choose a target within 45 feet, and roll Intellect + Occult Difficulty 6. The target may defend by rolling to dodge or Defend (as for an attack with a thrown weapon) as a Reaction.
Damage dealt equals the difference between your attack roll's Outcome and the defensive roll's (if one was made), plus 3.The target's Armor is Fully Effective.
