Description

Fae have always whispered through the winds to send their messages and now patrick can also whisper on the winds just like all the fae.

System

Spend an Action and Exert your Mind to send a message to a target within 10 miles. You must have a specific target in mind, but you require only an intuitive understanding of them, such as their name, face, or Location.

The message can be no more complicated than a multi-page letter or long email. The message can only be seen/heard/read/felt by the intended recipient, but you must share a language.

Enhancements

  • Psychic Speaking (The message transcends the language barrier. You do not need to share a language with your recipient.)
  • Cantrip (Activating this Effect has no Exertion cost, but its Gift Cost can never be increased above 2.)
  • Whisper Through the æther (You may Send Message to a target at any range.)

Drawbacks

  • Focus (Using this Effect requires a specific kind of item.)
  • Unique Focus (This Power takes the form of a specific, unique item, which can be borrowed, lost, or stolen. You must use / wear this item as intended to use this Power.)
    • Focus - Belt Buckle
  • Fuel (Using this Effect consumes some material good in addition to its other costs.)
    • Fuel Unit - Gold Coin
