Description
Pete strikes out and snatches his targets life force lowering their speed increasing his own. Turning fights in his favor.
System
Spend an Action, Exert your Mind, and choose an Animate target within Arm's Reach. Make a contested roll of your Dexterity + Brawl ( dice) Difficulty 6 against the target's to dodge or Defend (as for an attack with a thrown weapon) as a Reaction. If you succeed, Dex is reduced by one point for a day. You cannot reduce Attributes to zero.
Drained attributes are recorded as Battle Scars on the character sheet, and are affected by anything which interacts with Battle Scars.
