Blood chains come out her Shadow bind Target but she let them slowly Crawl away or got Close everyone got Chance to Escape

System

Spend an Action, Exert your Mind, and roll Dexterity + Occult ( dice) Difficulty 6 to Restrict a target within 20 feet. The target may contest this by rolling to dodge or Defend (as for an attack with a thrown weapon) as a Reaction. Success fixes the target in place at their location, although they still can move their arms, use Powers, etc.

The target may attempt to break free by making an attack against their bonds at +1 difficulty. Breaking the binding requires an amount of damage equal to double the initial Outcome. Damage from multiple attacks is cumulative and stacks linearly. Other individuals may also damage the binding by attacking it at +1 difficulty.

Enhancements

Persistent Binding (Unless the binding is fully escaped, the remaining amount of damage needed to escape increases by 1 per round, up to a limit of the initial Outcome + 3.)
Encase (If the Contested Outcome is higher than the target’s Brawn, they are encased and cannot take any physical Actions other than attempting to escape until they break free.)
Cantrip (Activating this Effect has no Exertion cost, but its Gift Cost can never be increased above 2.)
Ethereal Chains (The binding affects intangible targets like ghosts and can no longer be attacked physically. Instead, a restricted target may roll Mind at Difficulty 7 to attempt to escape the binding.)

Drawbacks

Focus (Using this Effect requires a specific kind of item.)
- Object - Gauntlet
Conditional (This Effect is only available when a certain condition is met. This condition must be severe enough that this Gift is unusable the majority of the time.)
- Condition - Shadow near few feet for Target
Traumatic (You must make a Trauma roll when you use this Effect. Its Difficulty cannot be reduced by any means.)
Fuel (Using this Effect consumes some material good in addition to its other costs.)
- Fuel Unit - Blood Pearl
Slow Crawl (Instead of being fixed in place, the target is able to crawl at 1/4th of their normal move speed.)
