Description

His octopus strength

System

Passive, always in effect. Your Brawn rating is increased by 1. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Brawn (Cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations).

A given Contractor may have a maximum of one Mythic attribute. This Power can only be taken by Contractors who have purchased the fifth level of Brawn.

Enhancements

  • Heavy Hitter (Successful attacks made with Brawn will either knock your target back Outcome x 5 feet, or knock them down to the ground. Choose which effect the attack will have prior to rolling for it.)
  • High Constitution (You gain +2 dice to any Body resistance rolls. Any failed or botched Body rolls will instead give an outcome of 1.)
  • Tough (You gain Armor equal to half your Brawn rating. This Armor cannot be penetrated and protects against falling Damage.)
  • Beast of Burden (You may now carry up to your lifting and hauling capacity without suffering an encumbrance penalty or needing to Concentrate. You do not tire from extended physical activity.)

Drawbacks

  • Samson (A marking or physical trait is the source of your power. Losing it removes all benefits for the next 2 months. If someone witnesses you using this Effect, they get a Perception check to determine the source of your power.)
    • Source of your Power - Tentacle held (Inside his chest, right where)
  • Maddening (Possession of this Gift causes a Trauma that cannot be cured by any means. The chosen Trauma must be likely to come up on a Contract.)
    • Trauma - Must roll mind when harming an octopus
