Description
True heroes can always push through and deal with evil. Taku now can draw more power from his heroes then ever before unlocking hero smash
System
Spend an Action, Exert your Mind, and target a Location in line of sight and within 50 feet to be the center of the blast. The area in a 20 feet radius of your target immediately and obviously becomes imminently dangerous. Next round, on your initiative, roll Brawn + Culture Difficulty 6 as a Free Action. Every creature remaining within 20 feet of the targeted Location takes Outcome + 2 damage. Armor is Fully Effective against this damage.
