Description
Elvis has learned how to fight like champ. Time to take those wanabees down!
System
Passive, always in effect. Unarmed attacks will do +3 more damage, and Brawn does not act as Armor against them. The target's other Armor is Reduced to 1/2, rounded up.
Unlike the Ability Brawl, this Power does not affect small weapons such as knives.
Enhancements
- Bullet Parry (You may use a Reaction to Defend against any Melee, thrown, or projectile Attack in range of your Attacks.)
Drawbacks
- Conditional (This Effect is only available when a certain condition is met. This condition must be severe enough that this Gift is unusable the majority of the time.)
