A 3 Gift Firearm Mastery Power used by Mikey Rayes, created by Serpentail.

Description

Mikey is especially adept with wielding handguns. He is able to draw them with blistering speed and precision. His quick thinking is able to aim for weak points in his targets defenses.

System

Passive, always in effect. Attacks with firearms will do +1 more damage. The target's Armor is Reduced to 1/2, rounded up.

Enhancements

  • Quick Fingers (Drawing your weapon is a Free Action as long as it is on your person. You may reload or swap ammo as a Free Action)

Drawbacks

  • Specialist (These benefits only apply to a certain specific class of weaponry.)
    • Type of Weapon - Handguns

Parameters

Additional Damage: 1 ( +1 ) Armor Effectiveness: 1 ( Reduced to 1/2, rounded up )
