Description

Theo Can overload weapons and armor or Simple Item a like to do better but in end is overworking it so it start to Break

System

Exert your Mind and work on the target Device for One Minute. It receives 3 extra dice to all actions taken with the intended application. This effect lasts for One Day.

This Power cannot be used on Armor, nor can it be used on Alien technology.

As always, dice bonuses to the same dice pool do not stack. Instead, the higher bonus is used.

Enhancements

  • Armorer (You may Upgrade a piece of Armor, increasing its Armor rating by half the extra dice amount. If an upgraded shield and armor are both worn, the upgrade bonus does not stack with itself.)

Drawbacks

  • Focus (Using this Effect requires a specific kind of item.)
    • Object - Hummer pf any kind
  • Fuel (Using this Effect consumes some material good in addition to its other costs.)
    • Fuel Unit - 1.7 lt of water
  • Equal and Opposite (After the Effect ends, any upgraded targets suffer a dice penalty equal to the Upgrade bonus they received, which lasts until they are either repaired or upgraded again.)
