You have access to the functionality of Smartphone, Computer, camera (includes the internet, and other publicly Available software) (a specific category of Device chosen at Power creation). Note that this covers the functionality of the tools and does not grant you the tools as objects themselves. You cannot use this Power to satisfy the requirements of the Focus Drawback.
This power can only replace mundane tools. As a rule of thumb, this power should not replace more tools than one could carry in a toolchest. It may not replace weapons by default (though certain tools can be used as makeshift weapons with normal effectiveness).

Exert your Mind and spend 2 Rounds hacking a target Computer. Roll Intellect + Investigation6, the Difficulty of which is determined by the GM based on the security of the system you are hacking. A bar's point-of-sales system would be Difficulty 5, a major social media site Difficulty 7, and a nuclear reactor is Difficulty 9. Difficulty
If you succeed, you may issue a single command to the system. This command must have a specific outcome or be a request for specific login credentials. The command you issue must be within the machine's current capabilities. For example, you cannot order a standard security camera to grow legs and walk around.
You cannot use this Power on Alien technology. Sapient targets can be hacked, but they can roll Mind to resist. Your hacking roll and their resistance roll are both Difficulty 6.

Spend an Action and target a device within 20 feet. You may now communicate with the technology whether or not it exposes an interface. Concentration must be maintained or the connection will be lost.
This power does not grant new functionality to the device, nor does it grant you any ability to bypass security measures unless the device is already unlocked or logged in. For example, you may use it to control cars that have already been turned on, phones that are unlocked, or access emails on a computer that is already logged in.

If you succeed, the next Outcome + 1 Damage to that target is absorbed by the barrier. The Damage reduction from the Barrier applies before Armor, and is treated like Armor by any effects such as Armor Penetration. Difficulty
You must maintain concentration while using this Power. That means you can only move at a slow walk, and cannot split your Action between using the Power and other Actions. The Barrier will fall if you are interrupted or if it absorbs the full amount of damage. When a Barrier falls, you cannot use this power again for a minimum of 6 - Intellect rounds.

Spend an Action and Exert your Mind to detect all Interface-able Objects within 50 feet. Tells whether there is anything in range and gives rough sense of direction, but not location or total number of items. Sense of direction lasts for 1 minute.
