He is 17 years old, and often appears as a short but sturdy teenager with jeans, black work shoes, and a leather jacket. He has blue eyes behind gray glasses and curly, dirty blond hair pulled back in a ponytail.
Elliot Broussard lives in The Tattered Curtain, a setting where the barriers between universes are beginning to crumble.

Elliot’s curiosity is matched only by his empathy; he’ll pester and encourage answers, analyzing your movements and the way you speak until he’s made his theories on what’s up with you- and usually they’re right.
Elliot observes the target and talks if possible, getting as much information out as he can.
Exert your Mind, choose a Sapient target within Arm's Reach and spend 1 Minute examining them. At the end of the cast time roll Intellect + Medicine6. The quality of the information you receive depends on your Outcome, and the nature of the information depends on the Enhancements you have chosen. Difficulty
The number of information-revealing Enhancements attached to this power is limited to 2 for Novice characters, 4 for Seasoned characters, and 7 for Veteran characters. You may still take any number of other, non-informational enhancements.

Elliot takes knuckle wraps out of his jacket pocket and sets them around his hands with a bit of awkwardness at first; he gets it, though, and knocks his fists together excitedly, ready to fight.
He’s better than he should be- every successful hit echoes like he’s in the gym again, a satisfying THWACK.
Passive, always in effect. Unarmed attacks will do 2 more damage. The target's Armor is Fully Effective.
Unlike the Ability Brawl, this Power does not affect small weapons such as knives.
Elliot’s always wanted to talk to animals, and after the last few Contracts and his understanding of how Gifts manifest, he figured it was worth putting a little extra effort into. Also, animals don’t judge when you lose your eyebrows, ‘cause they don’t know the difference…
Elliot approaches an animal (or creature) and speaks to it respectfully, asking questions most of the time, probably trying to make friends. Once Elliots arm enters the set radius, it begins to let off a gray-blue, smoking aura.
Spend an Action, Exert your Mind, and select a target within 20 feet. The target may communicate in your language for 10 minutes.
You may only communicate with the sorts of targets that your "Commune" Enhancements allow. Without at least one "Commune" Enhancement, this Power is unusable.
A little pain in exchange for changing your whole *gender*? Elliot takes that in a heartbeat. Bone structure and hair length and build, and the ability to break it all back when he needs to.
The power works like metamorphosis. The sound of bones cracking and filling, skin splitting, the blurriness in Elliot’s eyes if he chooses to change their color. Despite the moments of internal bleeding that fix themselves in the process, Elliot is always satisfied with the end result. 🏳️⚧️
Exert your mind and spend 1 Minute applying a disguise. You may alter your physical appearance, not including clothes, to one that has a similar sex, weight, age, race, and height. Lasts one hour or until you choose to end the effect.
A disguise cannot affect your Attributes or other stats.
Trophies are special objects and equipment.
Examples of Trophies include healing potions, scrolls, sci-fi technology, or any supernatural item that was not created with The Contract's Power system. Trophies are not subject to standardized balance. Therefore, their effects may be altered or ignored outside the Playgroup where they were obtained.
