Tony Abbandonato does not have a home World. They cannot interact with Contractors on their Downtimes. They must choose a World before their fourth Game.
He is 34 years old, and often appears as A tall, broad shouldered man wearing a suit, fedora and long, dark raincoat.
Conditions are GM-assigned status effects.
Examples of Conditions include supernatural curses, enchantments, and diseases. Conditions are created by GMs and World leaders and are not subject to any standardized balance. Therefore, their effects may be altered or ignored outside the World where they were obtained. For example, lycanthropy may be contagious in one World, but not another.
Circumstances describe your Contractor's situation in various Worlds.
Enemies, wealth, notoriety, status, contacts, fame, and imprisonment are all examples of potential Circumstances.
Tony's mouth always seems to get him into trouble. His voice, already quite distinctive, becomes even louder and slightly echoing, lingering in the air and ears of those listening long after he stops speaking. There isn't any noticeable or flashy change to the surroundings, but a person affected just can't seem to ignore anything that Tony has to say. And Tony himself is more than happy to talk shit and make jokes all day.
Exert your Mind, choose a target within [[range]] that can perceive you via Hearing, and make a contested roll of Charisma + Influence6 vs the defender's Mind, Difficulty 6. If successful, you have the target's full attention for Outcome in rounds. They automatically fail any roll related to noticing anything other than you. Difficulty
Only targets capable of perceiving you by their sense of Hearing-- if they were paying attention to you-- can be targeted. This perception of you may be transmitted. The effect ends early if the target receives an Injury or enters Combat.
This does not affect the target's opinion of you or their mood, and they may take any Action while affected (including attacking), as long as that Action centers on you.
Artifacts are GM-created objects and equipment.
Examples of Artifacts include healing potions, scrolls, sci-fi technology, or any supernatural item that was not created with The Contract's Power system. Artifacts are not subject to standardized balance. Therefore, their effects may be altered or ignored outside the World where they were obtained.
