Mako is a Speedy Isurus sapien who will risk his life to get back to Jules mansion and repay a debt to a friend.

He is 33 years old, and often appears as a 5ft 6 lanky man with striking blue eyes.

    Feeling like his bite wasn't strong enough before to deal with a supernatural grandma, and nearly dying, Mako pushed his teeth to the limit, sharpening them enough that they now glimmer with a rainbow sheen, mimicking the hardened nature of naturally occurring shells and working more on maneuvering with his giant teeth, allowing him to do hit and runs with his teeth while mangling any armor that will keep him from the next meal.

    Mako licked his lips, having had a nice meal of the guy who had unfortunately stumbled upon a contract he was doing, where info was to be kept confidential, so he had to dispose of the unfortunate soul, He felt sorry for the poor sap, but Mako hadn't eaten in a while, so he killed 2 birds with one stone........ he just hoped no one could track that guy's "disappearance" back to him, that could complicate things.

    having experienced enough physical trauma for several people, Mako's body and nerves have stopped giving a shit to pain responses, and instead, focus on the situation at hand to ensure that they are kept alive

    Any Injury you receive heals quickly, reducing its Severity by one level every three days, starting once it becomes stabilized. Battle Scars caused by your Injuries are also healed when the Injuries that caused them regenerate.

    The ankle fins come back with a passion, providing not only more dexterous capabilities for Mako, but also help him keep his footing as he runs across all sorts of surfaces, and helps keeps his footing in dangerous situations


    You gain the following benefits as long as you have your Ankle fins.

    Your Dexterity rating is increased by 1. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Dexterity (Cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations).

    If you are witnessed actively using this Effect, whoever sees it can make a Perception + Alertness roll at Difficulty 6. A complete success reveals the source of your power.

    You also gain the following effects:

    • Centered: You have perfect balance. You cannot be knocked over, and can maintain your footing regardless of the size or stability of the material underneath you.

    • If your Ankle fins is damaged, destroyed, or lost, you lose all benefits from this Effect for the next two months, or until you can recover any relevant missing items (which may involve a side-game and requires a GM to approve whatever process is used).

    Sharks can smell a drop of blood in a swimming pool, and that highly effective smell translates over to Mako, allowing him to track anyone or anything he can smell at all, along with a amazing memory of what he has and has not smelled before


    You gain the following benefits at all times.

    Your senses are enhanced in the following way.

    • Smell: Your nose is highly sensitive and can differentiate between scents the way a dog can, as well as recognize things you have smelled before.
    • Electroreception: You may detect electromagnetic fields, electric currents, and even neurological activity in a 25 foot radius from yourself at all times. When detecting neurological activity, you learn nothing but the creature's rough size.

    • When you are within 25 feet of range, your electroreception sense is sufficient for aiming.

    After enduring the hell of the contracts, Mako pushed the limits of how long he could maintain his burst of speed, and now has managed to build up his endurance to the point that he can now indefinitely sustain and control how fast he can be.

    You can run at four times your normal movement speed.

    While running, you may climb, jump, and roll without breaking stride, but you are at 1/2 speed while doing so.

    • Any Encumbrance penalty to your movement still applies, but you do not suffer from any sort of exhaustion.
    • Damage from a collision depends on your speed at the time, as well as what you hit. GM's discretion, but generally moving faster than a car on the freeway and hitting a dense, solid object like a wall or a tree should be lethal. Mundane armor will not apply, but any supernatural forms of protection will.

    Discovering his own genetic make up leads up to a whole lot of interesting discoveries, like how his jaw can extend up to 30 feet in length, and has a Iron grip strong enough to grapple someone all by itself. the biggest benefit of all though, is his teeth all growing to the size of knives, for better cutting power, though such perfect teeth caused Mako to get a obsession with cleaning his own teeth

    You gain an additional limb that functions as a standard human arm and hand.

    Each additional limb you posses can take one Quick Action per Round without incurring a -2 dice penalty to your main Action. Any Battle Scars that affect or remove your additional limb will heal in a single week.

    Your extra appendage can be used to attack in exactly the same manner as a Knife.

    Your extra appendage can stretch to reach an additional 30 feet.

    Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Roll mind to get out of water.

    Your Extra Appendage is incapable of fine object manipulation.

    Mako's eyes turn into their sockets, like a shark after a kill, and he leaks a runny dark red substance similar to blood


    You gain the following benefits at all times.

    If you would take an Injury that would kill you, you don’t die. Instead, you survive in an Incapacitated state. This state lasts for the next hour, at which point you fully return to life.

    If, while you are unconscious, your wound level rises above your rating in Body + Dexterity, or if you take an Injury with Severity greater than your rating in Dexterity, you die. After you return, the Injury that would have killed you, as well as any Injuries sustained while Incapacitated, are healed. Battle scars obtained during this time remain.

    after being tired of being unable to bring or having to carefully sneak weapons by airport security, Mako has defied normal biology and has mutated his stomach into a biological anomaly, allowing him to swallow swords with little effort and stick it to TSA. By unhinging his jaw and shoving the items into his gut, he can hold 7 items of moderate size with ease, though readying his jaw takes a bit of time


    Spend at least two Actions performing the following ritual: Unhinging Jaw to activate. You must maintain Concentration while activating this Effect, and it fails if you are interrupted.
