Kyle Blackthorne was born in Blackpool, Wales UK. He was born shortly after the new millennium when the creature scare was just dawning on the world. His parents being god-fearing Catholics tried to keep their son from the government abductions and local panic. They succeeded... for a while. During his seclusion he studied whatever lore he could of his elven heritage and the fey. The more he learned the more he wanted to withdraw from the modern world. Elves were magical beings and keepers of beauty, among other things. Finally, at the age of six, fate came to his door. Betrayed by their neighbor the British government came for Kyle. His parents did everything they could to protect him but were killed for their efforts. Kyle was able to escape. Scared, wounded and alone Kyle ran into the forest surrounding his village. Over the next few years, he taught himself the ways of the forest and the hunter. He has a small cottage in the Blackpool woods. He is self-sufficient but does trade with the local villages when absolutely needed. He tolerates this world until he can help reclaim it for the Fey.
