Circumstances

Average Finances
From Assets and Liabilities
You can live stably off your money. You have access to $2,500 (or equivalent currency) per Contract.

Conditions

From Assets and Liabilities
Fragile You're emotionally fragile, and very likely to be mentally and emotionally scarred by your experiences. You have four Limits, instead of the usual three.
Beautiful You're quite the specimen! Rolls where your good looks could help are at -2 Difficulty, and social interactions should be role-played accordingly.
Cat-Eyes Your eyes catch the light in the dark like a cat or dog's, granting low-light vision. You suffer no penalty to rolls in low-light situations. You cannot see in pitch blackness.
Deep Sleeper You require more sleep than most people, and are quick to fall asleep but slow to wake up. All attempts to put you to sleep succeed automatically. A full restful sleep requires at least 10 hours of sleep. Attempts to wake you up while sleeping, as well as Perception checks you make while you’re sleeping, are at +2 difficulty.

The Scythe Hungers...

Imminent Deadly Given by TheSuperChrisb
After Noir gave Blair some of Silk's divine potential, she must back up that head start with her own work. She can prove herself as a cultist through various means... but she must begin to make changes for the Scythe to not finish the job it started in the steeple.

Powers

A small ritual over the next minute, causing the target to be blindfolded so that they do not lose their sanity. Using the Redeemers Scythe, she is able to fully recover one that had been scarred, using the Mistress' power to return the user back to their normal form.

Exert your Mind and spend an hour to activate. Select a Living target within arm's reach. You must actively and obviously use The Redeemers Scythe to activate this Effect. Select a Battle Scar on your target to treat.

The treated Battle Scar will heal immediately. You may specify a specific condition that the patient must adhere to. If they break this condition, the treatment is immediately reversed. Record this regimen as a Condition.

Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation will almost certainly be disturbed to see The wound of the person would be brutally maimed, resulting in even worse injuries. Such as the flesh of a burn victim being shredded and flayed off their body, all the while inky black tendrils that are furred work over the body, replacing what injuries the person may have had.

  • When narrating disturbing content, be cognizant of your group's tone and accommodating to those who would like to "fast forward" through the description.
  • You can target yourself if you qualify as a valid target by the other requirements.

With the enhanced agility of a cat, and being even further blessed by the one up above, the user is able to move at a fast pace.

You gain the following benefits at all times.

You can run at three times your normal movement speed.

  • Any Encumbrance penalty to your movement still applies, but you do not suffer from any sort of exhaustion.
  • Damage from a collision depends on your speed at the time, as well as what you hit. GM's discretion, but generally moving faster than a car on the freeway and hitting a dense, solid object like a wall or a tree should be lethal. Mundane armor will not apply, but any supernatural forms of protection will.

Legendary Artifacts

The Redeemers Scythe

Created and held by Blair Kushu.
What seemed to be a normal kitty bracelet, cat bell collar, or perhaps something to adorn ears, but soon turning into a large nightmareish looking scythe, an eyeball could be seen between the end of the blade, and the end of the hilt.

What seemed to be a normal kitty bracelet, cat bell collar, or perhaps something to adorn ears, but soon turning into a large nightmareish looking scythe, an eyeball could be seen between the end of the blade, and the end of the hilt.

This Artifact can be used as a great sword / giant axe. It is roughly the same size as a great sword / giant axe but can be collapsed into A cat cosemetic and concealed. Collapsing or expanding it costs a Quick Action.

Attack by rolling Brawn + Melee, Difficulty 6. Successful attacks deal 3 Weapon Damage +3 Bonus Damage. The target's fully effective

This item is a living thing. It counts as a Creature when targeted. If destroyed or abandoned for more than two days, it dies and becomes unusable.

You also gain the following effects:

  • Blade Breaker: If you successfully Defend against a melee attack or if an opponent is unsuccessful at Defending against your melee attack, you may break your opponent's weapon.
  • Shredder: If you successfully hit your target, the value of any armor they are wearing is reduced by 2. This penalty lasts until the armor is repaired.

  • If there is not enough free space to expand the object, it cannot be expanded.
  • Reminder: additional Weapon Damage granted by this Effect does not stack with any other bonus to Weapon Damage. Instead the largest bonus is used.
