Cyprene DeBellevue is a dramatic Cajun witch who will risk his life to experience all that he can in the world.

He is 23 years old, and often appears as a smiling, crystal-laden twink with loose clothes and numerous sigil tattoos.

    Circumstances

    Imprisoned: In federal prison after trying to assassinate the the governor of Pennsylvania, who he believed to be corrupt. Also for killing a child. You are trapped inside some form of prison or cage, and are only released temporarily to attend Contracts. At the end of each Contract, you will be returned to your prison. Your ability to do Crafting, make Moves, improve Abilities, and maintain a consistent inventory, are all significantly restricted, and you must get GM approval to attempt any of these things.

    Focused You are able to remain focused despite your circumstances and surroundings. Any Mind Penalty you have is reduced by 2.
    Beautiful You're quite the specimen! Rolls where your good looks could help are at -2 Difficulty, and social interactions should be role-played accordingly.
    Glass Jaw You are easily knocked out. Whenever you take an Injury that is Severity 4 or higher, or if you take any blow to your head, you pass out for the next Round. When you pass out, you drop what was in your hands, fall to the ground, cannot move, and cannot take any Actions.
    Deep Sleeper You require more sleep than most people, and are quick to fall asleep but slow to wake up. All attempts to put you to sleep succeed automatically. A full restful sleep requires at least 10 hours of sleep. Attempts to wake you up while sleeping, as well as Perception checks you make while you’re sleeping, are at +2 difficulty.

    POSTMORTEM BIO

    Cyprene started out wanting to be a healer. His first game, however, but him in the position of Ringer- he thought he was doing the right thing, but when faced with a morally difficult challenge, realized he didn’t have the mind to ignore his impulses. Cyprene was put in federal prison for murder and the attempted assassination of the governor of Pennsylvania, brought out for a contract, and killed by MS13 members.
