    Ugly A hideous disfigurement makes your appearance disturbing and memorable. Any rolls that involve physical appearance in some way are at +2 difficulty. Social interactions should be roleplayed with this Condition in mind.
    Anosmia You have no sense of smell, and your sense of taste is extremely limited. All Perception rolls which depend on smell fail automatically, and any Perception rolls which involve smell in some way (such as tasting things) are at +2 Difficulty.
    Swimmer's Build You are built for the water. +2 dice to any rolls relating to swimming. Actions performed in water have their penalty reduced by 1.
    Avoidance You are so off-putting, that most people just avoid you. As long as your Charisma rating is 1, you may Exert your Mind to cause someone to ignore or avoid you in a social situation. Any Stealth rolls you make as a part of that attempt get +2 to their Outcome.
    Tough You can function under intense pain. Dice penalties from pain are reduced by 2. This includes Body penalty.
    Pack Beast You're built to carry and haul. You can carry 25 pounds per point of Brawn without being encumbered instead of the usual 15.
    Born Runner You are built specifically for running. +5 feet of free Movement, +2 dice to all-out sprint rolls.
    Attuned Autoimmune Your background has exposed you to a wide variety of toxins and diseases, and you have adapted to resist. +2 dice to resistance rolls against any diseases or toxins.
    Trained Reflexes Your life has been filled with tight situations and violent encounters, so when the fighting starts, you act quickly. You get +3 dice to all Initiative rolls.
    Vengeful An insult to or an attack on your person simply cannot be tolerated. Each time someone wrongs you or disrespects you in a major way, you must succeed a Self-Control roll to resist taking revenge.
    Short Fuse You have major issues controlling your temper. Whenever tensions run high or someone disrespects you, you must roll Self-Control not to escalate the situation or have a violent reaction.
    Additional Language: ASL You are fluent in an additional language You can speak, read, and write in the chosen language. You may be given a roll to decipher some amount of meaning from a related language at the GMs discretion.

    Biography

    He was born with an innate ability to create fire but without his sense of smell or taste. His power eventually burned him when he was young, horribly disfiguring his face and giving him defective sight for the rest of his life. Joining the military gave him abilities and skills he didn't have before, he was a better runner, swimmer, stronger, and learned ASL. After spending years in the military, Alabaster grew to hate the government. It became his ambition to bring anarchism.
