    Frank has agreed to live in another place, in turn he will help out when he can for The Man in The Red Manor. This Manor is not able to be tracked down through almost every means, and cannot be traveled to without the proper transportation symbol {Minus Harbingers}. There are 18 rooms, including a kitchen and living room, no basement, and no attic. It is essentially in a pocket dimension that needs Blind Journey Travel or a Ward Travel.

    Deep Sleeper You require more sleep than most people, and are quick to fall asleep but slow to wake up. All attempts to put you to sleep succeed automatically. A full restful sleep requires at least 10 hours of sleep. Attempts to wake you up while sleeping, as well as Perception checks you make while you’re sleeping, are at +2 difficulty.

    Binding Oath to The Man in The Red Manor Frank has entered a binding oath to The Owner of The Red Manor to do an unspecified number of fetch quests, as well as a favor, for Him. If successful for enough of them within the rules and guidelines provided for each object, if provided, The Man will grant continue to grant Frank a place to live. Should Frank break any rules or parameters, Frank may recieve a severe battle scar, be in some way physically marked for easy identification, recieve a trauma and a single mind damage, go unconcious for 24 hours, recieve a severity 6 injury that cannot be reduced, and/or die. If any of the conditions are broken He will be immediately made aware and will witness the act as if standing nearby and The Man who owns The Red Manor can alter the deal at any time. If viewed as an inevitability, He may be allowed to reverse the effect of the Oath that was broken, renewing it on site as well.
