The Technician can create an earpiece capable of communication over any range. These devices function as standard radio headsets or phones but may tap into a shared charge to enable quantum-entangled communication that is 100% reliable regardless of range or condition. When utilizing quantum communication, the earpiece transforms into a glowing orb of atomic energy.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate. This Effect cannot be used unless it is messaging another Quantum Entangled Earpiece.

ORCAnnihilator is subscribed to a premium messaging service within NEO-GENIS that bypasses typical chat and comm functionalities, interacting with them directly via UI and Menu elements. It also bypasses player ‘blocks’ and (at base rate) provides a one-way stream of communication. Some have called for its removal due to concerns of harassment and violation of privacy. This cat can talk. Reaching into your mind to reach out with a narration of their needs.
After asking the cat where it comes from, it brushes the question aside and merely requests that you take it where it wants. When you inquires as to why, the cat merely states that it wants to have fun there.

This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is the cat waving their tail pretty slowly. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.
This Gift's Cost is capped at 2 and cannot be increased further.
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Compulsive liar.

The Psychic can speak directly into someone's mind, engaging in an entirely telepathic conversation with the target's inner monologue. While they do, they take on a blank, vacant stare in the direction of their target, and appear to be muttering gibberish to themselves under their breath.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate. Select a target within 10 miles of you. You must have a specific target in mind, but you require only an intuitive understanding of them, such as their name, face, or Location. This Effect cannot be used unless you can see your target.
You open up a line of conversation to your target, and may continue speaking with them without any additional Exertion cost for as long as you maintain Concentration
The conversation will only be perceived by the intended recipient. You must share a common language for your target to understand the message.

This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is your left hand making a fist. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.
