Sand blows around David as he dips into the Realms of Death, and a dark, person sized shadow slips from those sands to fill his eyes as black as night.
David in his many travels through Realms of Death, encountered a nameless and sensation starved shade. A ghost, trapped amidst the great sands, that longed to experience life again. The wraith could see echoes of the living world through its reflections in the after and it craved to be able to see again. So David struck a deal with it—in exchange for sharing its longing sight when called for, he would let it possess and share his body. For that brief couple of hours, the wraith could share in his sense of taste, and smell, and touch, and all the other sensations of what it is to be living.

- Sight: You can see perfectly in dark and even pitch-black environments. You suffer no dice penalty due to darkness.
- Sight: You can see things that are up to a mile away as though you were only standing twenty feet away, provided your view is unobstructed.
You gain the following benefits as long as must be unable to use sight. and you are wearing this Artifact.
Your senses are enhanced in the following way.
- Hearing: You are capable of perceiving physical shapes via sound. You must produce a sliding foot or hand against something. to “ping” with your echolocation each Round you wish to use it.
- Hearing: You may hear sounds of sub- and hyper-sonic frequencies, allowing you to hear tiny things (mice, insects, etc) better, and pick up on the vibrations of massive things (earthquakes, atmospheric disruptions, etc) long before others.
Any senses which have been heightened cannot be overloaded. Battle Scars you receive cannot affect these senses. If one of these senses does become suppressed, you may Exert your Mind to end the effect.
- Examples of overloading a sense include: an explosion causing temporary deafness, a bright light causing blindness, a sedative causing numbness, etc.
Laundromat Awareness

Austin has spent enough time digging through laundry piles to be able to find what he desires easily. Never one to forget the smell of a foot Austin is able to track even the faintest scents and burn them to his memory.

- Touch: You can pick up on subtle differences between textures with ease, and can immediately find what you are looking for when rummaging (digging through trash, finding a needle in a haystack, etc), assuming it is actually present.
Any heightened senses require you to maintain Concentration to use, and do not apply to any passive Perception checks.
Observation Haki
This ability doesn't really have any visual cues other than Lew showing a concentrated expression which is rare for his character.
Observation Haki allows Lew to sense his surroundings, his opponents and their movements and attacks before they happen.

Mark's heartbeat races as addrenaline surges through his body, affecting not only his muscles but his nervous system.
With focus, his perception cracks open like a whip, colors vibrant and sharp. His durability extends to every cell, every rod and cone, every hair cell in his cochlea, every neuron surging information into his brain, operating at full capacity without aging or wear and tear. Operating at 110% capacity without tiring, and processing the smallest scrap of information effectively.
The only problem is.. There's so much to see and hear. It takes real concentration to stay present.

- Sight: You can see things that are normally invisible to the naked eye, such as fingerprints and bacteria.
- Your microscopic vision requires a close look at a very small, specific area to use. It does not grant increased distance vision, it simply provides a higher resolution, allowing you to see finer and finer detail.
Predator/Prey
The beastmaster closes their eyes and channels nature's bloody struggle for survival. When their eyes reopen, they catch the light and glow red like a dog's. While in this heightened state, they may sense heat signatures and triangulate the tiniest sound.

Your senses are enhanced in the following way. Lasts for three hours.
- Thermal: You are able to "see" heat signatures within your line of sight.
- Hearing: You automatically know the origin location of any sound you hear, and you can tell which Action caused the sound.
- Your thermal vision allows you to judge temperatures of surfaces fairly accurately as long as they are within livable temperatures.

Even in human form, the werewolf retains their incredible sense of smell. This helps them track their prey and learn where people and things have been.
