Description

Batamir has developed a new Hemomantic technique: Hemokinesis; with this technique he is able to almost-telekinetically magically manipulate blood itself in order to store it into bottles, and/or even use it as a weapon.

System

By concentrating fully, you are able to interact with targets you can see at a distance of 75 feet. Rolls for Actions taken with these targets use in place of Brawn and in place of Dexterity. The effective rating for these Attributes is limited to 3 for Actions that would use Brawn and 3 for Actions that would use Dexterity.

You cannot engage in attacks with this Power, and you are limited to actions that a standard human could take with their bare hands, were they close to the object (no lockpicking or surgery by default). Any actions taken on an Animate target require contested rolls.

If the object passes out of sight, you lose your hold on it.

You must maintain concentration while using this Power. That means you can only move at a slow walk, and cannot split your Action between using the Power and other Actions. If you are Injured or interrupted, you must roll Mind Difficulty 9 to maintain Concentration. If you fail, you cannot use this Power for a minimum of 6 - Intellect rounds.


Enhancements

  • Psychic Brawler (You can focus enough force behind your telekinesis that you are able to simulate Brawling. This includes punches as well as grapples.)

Drawbacks

  • Focus (Using this Effect requires a specific kind of item.)
    • Object - Blood
  • Conditional (This Effect is only available when a certain condition is met. This condition must be severe enough that this Gift is unusable the majority of the time.)
    • Condition - Hemokinesis can only be used to telekinetically manipulate/control/otherwise utilize blood.
