Batimir has long since awakened a latent ability art of what can only be described to be either/or Hemomancy Hemomantic, this ability has come to be known as Hemokinesis; the ability to magically telekinetically manipulate and bend blood in ways suitable to the user. Through incredible focus and concentration; Batimir is able to pick up blood from the ground and flow it through the air as if it were a continuous stream, he is able to compress blood into chunky fists and/or hands of which he may use to bludgeon targets, and at times he is able to grab people using their own blood and even "Wring people out".
Contrary to other telekinetic effects this ability only works on blood, of course, and Batimir must concentrate and exert himself in order to activate this ability, and continute activation of this ability.
By concentrating fully, you are able to interact with targets you can see at a distance of 75 feet. Rolls for Actions taken with these targets use in place of Brawn and in place of Dexterity. The effective rating for these Attributes is limited to 3 for Actions that would use Brawn and 3 for Actions that would use Dexterity.
You cannot engage in attacks with this Power, and you are limited to actions that a standard human could take with their bare hands, were they close to the object (no lockpicking or surgery by default). Any actions taken on an Animate target require contested rolls.
If the object passes out of sight, you lose your hold on it.
You must maintain concentration while using this Power. That means you can only move at a slow walk, and cannot split your Action between using the Power and other Actions. If you are Injured or interrupted, you must roll Mind Difficulty 9 to maintain Concentration. If you fail, you cannot use this Power for a minimum of 6 - Intellect rounds.
