Universal Language “Trust me, this looks weirder on my side.”
Angel now has the ability to understand any human, regardless of tongue, by listening to the Universal Language. This leaves a bitter, earthy taste in his and the target’s mouth like what Angel drank in the dunes. On Angel’s side, the world seems to warp and ripple; this effect is much more slight to observers.

The shamans in the desert brought Angel on a hallucinogenic spiritual journey to break his curse from the rats. Since then, he’s been able to concentrate and recall the energy of the concoction he drank to unlock this second vision.

Sooner or later, all Contractors receive an invitation to join Offr Red, the secret membership tier. Offr Red members gain access to exclusive high-confidence, anonymous services. They can sell extraordinary items to Offr or put them up for auction for other Offr Red members to bid on. Crafty Contractors rejoice!
On rare occasions, Offr can even make deals to tie up pesky Loose Ends. However, they always demand a special favor in return.

Speaking in (Wet) Tongues
You're now in a Disney Movie....
To the casual observer, Neva may look insane. Is she hearing voices in her head? Is she randomly talking to the birds and then cocking her head like they're talking back?
Apparently, the UP is an Enchanted Forest, because Neva can now understand the speech (and they can understand her!) of terrestrial animals.
How many conversations must be happening around her! Will the birds chirping to attract a mate distract her? Or will they provide critical intel at the opportune time?

Asking Directions
Rumbling along a highway deep in the night, she has taken many strange people into the plastic and steel of her vehicle. Sometimes a taxi, sometimes a boat, sometimes her truck. But too many of them disappear before their stop. Those are the ones she can really understand, and sometimes that's all a ghost needs.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Dead target within 50 feet. For dead targets, you must possess their spirit.
The target can communicate in your language for the next hour.
You may only use this Effect once per target per day.

- Your target must be within line of sight, or within range of another sense if more fitting for the Gift's flavor.
Speak with Spirits

Benoit Lavernge is a practitioner of the magics of voodoo tradition, and one of the most important lessons he learned from this practice is how to speak with the spirits, be they mystical or ancestral.
The Witch Doctor points his cane at the corpse, the ragged wounds in it's side still oozing blood, though no longer fresh enough to truly drip "Now, friend, let's have a little talk"
Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate. Select a Dead target within arm's reach. Dead targets must have died within the past week, and you must have their remains in your possession.
The target can communicate in your language for the next ten minutes.

The Necromancer spits into the mouth of a recently deceased corpse. For the few minutes, the corpse's head comes back to life and speaks to the Necromancer.

The target can communicate in your language for the next hour.

Beastlish
"Yip yap! Yip yap!"
The beastmaster can speak to and understand any animal.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
