In the line of duty of salesman tactics you need a good hand to point out things or move things around and shaking hands, this literally gives him a new arm usually attached to some side of the body as pieces of objects are ripped and slammed together to form the arm in a sense and akira like style.

Each additional limb you posses can take one Quick Action per Round without incurring a -2 dice penalty to your main Action. Any Battle Scars that affect or remove your additional limb will heal in a single week.
Your extra appendage can be used to attack in exactly the same manner as a Giant Sword.
Your appendage has a grip that is hard to shake. You may attempt a grapple with only your Extra Appendage at no penalty.
The jacket whips back and forth, as if caught within a storm, as the wearer holds their hands out. Nearby unattended water flows towards them, forming a bubble between their hands. As the Lake Lord's eyes glow a vibrant blue, the bubble grows and glows in turn, before the wearer claps their hands together and the ritual ends. The wearer can feel the presence of the detected beings as if they were ripples on an endless, still ocean.
The Lake Lord is a being of purest water, and thus oddities are keenly clear to it. It's influence of purity only extends to its own body, however. And so the Conduit comes into play. The conduit's role is to internalize the power of the Lake Lord, then push that power outwards to affect the world.

Exert your Mind and spend two Actions performing the following ritual: holding out your hands as a large glowing bubble forms between them, them clapping them together as the bubble vanishes. This Effect cannot be used unless the Lake Lord is within 50ft of the user. You must use up a gallon of water in order to activate this Effect. You must maintain Concentration while activating this Effect, and it fails if you are interrupted.
You automatically detect all Wet Beings, Alien Beings, and Elementals and Lost Puddlings within 300 feet of you for the next hour. This includes any who come within range during the duration. You have a sense of how many valid targets are nearby, as well as their distance and direction.
Even if there are no Wet Beings, Alien Beings, and Elementals or Lost Puddlings within 300 feet of you, you become aware of the direction the closest one is in, as well as a rough sense of its distance from you.
He sits next to his patient, and reaches in to pull a few mundane objects from the bag: bandages, medical tape, and some skin glue. As he works, his hands start to glow a greenish-gold and seals the wound shut, if all goes correctly.
Exert your Mind and spend 1 minute to activate. You must actively and obviously use Doctor's Bag to activate this Effect. Choose a specific Injury on yourself that has not yet been treated with this Effect and roll Intellect + Medicine at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, the Injury is reduced in Severity by your Outcome. If you reduce its Severity to 0, the Injury is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate.
This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action.
You gain 2 additional limbs that function as standard human arms and hands. Lasts two hours.
Each additional limb you posses can take one Quick Action per Round without incurring a -2 dice penalty to your main Action. Each additional appendage you have gives you +1 dice to make and resist Grapples (up to a maximum bonus of +4 dice).
Any Battle Scars that affect or remove your additional limb will heal in a single week.
Moonstone focuses, and the same transformation energy that gives her her form extends to her back, giving her wings made of energy and crystal. They move and extend from her back, but can compact tight, giving her strong control over her movement.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. This Effect cannot be used unless Is Moonstone. This Effect remains active for two hours.
As long as you are conscious, you are immune to falling Damage and may hover in place mid-air. Additionally, you may glide as you fall, traveling 35 feet horizontally for every 10 feet you fall. While gliding, you fall at a minimum speed of 10 feet per Round.
You may ascend into the air and fly using your Crystalline Moonstone wings. You don't require extra clear space on any side in order to fly, and get +2 dice for any rolls made to maneuver in mid-air. You may add 50 feet to Movement you take while flying. If you take more than a Severity 4 Injury to your Crystalline Moonstone wings via a called shot or Battle Scar, you can only glide until they are healed.
You are subject to the following effects while gliding or flying:
You take Gilryen's Drippy Jacket and cover your entire body, you proceed to say how much you miss Gilryen and then a lil minion appears. This minion looks like Gylrien and his ranged attack is a mini Disturb.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. You must actively and obviously use Gilryen's Drippy Jacket to activate this Effect.
Summon a single Sapient Gilryen at your location. They last for two hours or until they move more than 150 feet from you or are destroyed. They are controlled by the GM but will follow any commands you give. You may have at most one active at a time.
The werewolf unleashes their inner beast, transforming into an imposing hybrid of human and wolf. Their head reforms into that of a wolf, robbing them of speech but bestowing a maw of deadly fangs. Grey fur sprouts from their body as it swells with muscle, ripping any tight-fitting clothes. While transformed, the werewolf is impulsive and driven more by instinct than logic.
If The Werewolf is struck my moonlight, they are compelled to transform.
Exert your Mind and spend a Quick Action.
You transform into a werewolf for 3 minutes. You have access to all of your Powers while you are a werewolf, and you can use your equipment. Your Battle Scars, Injuries, and physical Liabilities are carried over between forms. Reverting from your Alternate Form cannot cause your existing Injuries to kill you. Instead, you remain Incapacitated.
While transformed, your Brawn is increased by 2 and your Dexterity is increased by 2. You do not suffer any Stress while transformed.
Your alternate form is its own deadly weapon. Unarmed attacks made in your alternate form deal +3 Weapon Damage (instead of the typical -1).
Your alternate form renders you unable to speak any human language and incapable of fine object manipulation. You can only hold or grasp objects in a crude, clumsy way.
After this Effect ends, you cannot move quicker than a walk (15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour.
While transformed, you automatically fail any Mind roll to resist an impulse and suffer -3 dice on all other Mind rolls.
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Whenever you are struck by the light of a full or gibbous moon, you must roll Self-Control to resist transforming. Triggers a max of once per night.
The aquamancer dissolves into a flowing pool of semi-solid water. Anything they were carrying is left behind in a damp pile. While transformed, they may squeeze through tiny gaps, and are extremely resilient against most standard attacks.
Resolidifying is exhausting.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action.
You transform into a flowing pool of water for the next minute. You may end the effect early and return to your normal form at will. Your structure must remain relatively contiguous. Observers will view you as an unusual entity moving with a singular purpose.
While in this form, you can squeeze through any gap that is not water-tight.
Injuries from standard attacks are reduced to Severity 1, but Damage from AOE effects is increased by 1.
You cannot communicate or use equipment while transformed. Your equipment does not transform with you beyond basic body coverings. You cannot carry any items while transformed.
You have access to your Powers while transformed.
After this Effect ends, you cannot move quicker than a walk (15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour.
The magician dons an unusual piece of clothing and immediately shifts their appearance to be completely different! However, they must reveal their true identity before they can cast any more spells.
Exert your Mind and spend 2 Actions. You must actively and obviously use a piece of clothing you wouldn't normally wear to activate this Effect.
You become disguised in a manner of your choosing. The disguise lasts for two hours, or you may end it early at will.
The new appearance may have a different sex, age, and race to your own, and you may alter height by up to a foot and your weight by 50%. Your disguise cannot directly mimic an existing person. You may change the appearance of your outfit. A disguise cannot affect your Attributes or other stats.
You may roll Charisma + Crafts to attempt to make your disguise Beautiful. If your Outcome is 6 or higher, non-Effect Charisma rolls where your good looks could help are rolled at -2 Difficulty. If you fail or botch, you are ugly instead, and non-Effect Charisma rolls are made at +2 Difficulty.
This Effect ends if you take an Injury or are stunned or incapacitated.
While disguised, you cannot use any Activated or Targeted Powers.
If the Selkie's seal skin is worn close to the body, any contact with salt water will cause them to transform into a seal. While transformed, they have full access to their normal suite of Powers.
This Effect activates whenever you are submerged in salt water. It does not require an Action or Exertion. Your target should be intuitively based on the triggering event.
You transform into small for two hours or until you choose to end the Effect. See the Extended System text for stats.
While transformed, you cannot use any equipment (including Artifacts and Consumables), and you cannot use your Active, Targeted, or Trap Powers. However, you can use your Passive Powers. Any equipment you are wearing transforms with you.
Injuries and Wound Level are carried over between forms. However, transforming can never kill you; you merely remain Incapacitated until your Injuries are sufficiently healed.
The time-traveler spins the second hand on one of their watches and speeds up until they are a blur.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. You must actively and obviously use a watch to activate this Effect.
Lasts 1 minute. Whenever you use your Movement, after all other calculations, the distance you may travel is doubled.
Outside of Combat, any non-Gift, non-movement Actions you attempt take drastically less time to complete, as long as your personal speed is a factor in the Action. Total time reduction is determined by the GM and capped at 90% (executing the Action takes no less than 1/10th the normal time).
