Description

Due to their special affinity for explosives, the Demolitionist is able to remotely impose their will on an explosive device, causing it to detonate (or theoretically, to disarm, but why would you ever want to STOP an explosion?). Any time they use this power to detonate an explosive, the Demolitionist undergoes what seems like a sneeze, except that steam shoots out of their ears and their skin blazes the color of a hot fire, before rapidly cooling off back to a normal skin tone.

System

Spend an Action and target an explosive device within 300 feet, no roll or Exertion required. You may now communicate with the bomb whether or not it exposes an interface, and regardless of how simple or complex the detonation technology is. Concentration must be maintained or the connection will be lost.

Enhancements

  • Old School (You may issue commands to any Device, allowing you to operate switches, buttons, dials, levers, and latches.)

Drawbacks

  • One Way (You may send information but not receive it from your Interface.)
  • Conditional (This Effect is only available when a certain condition is met. This condition must be severe enough that this Gift is unusable the majority of the time.)
    • Condition - Only works on explosives
