This Artifact can be used as a javelin. It is roughly at least twice as large as a javelin and cannot be concealed on your person or disassembled for storage.
Attack by rolling Brawn + Athletics, Difficulty 6. Successful attacks deal Contested Outcome +4 Weapon Damage. The target's Armor is fully effective against this damage. Attacks
You also gain the following effects:
- Chain Lightning: You may Exert your Mind to perform a chain lightning attack. If your attack succeeds, All targets within 5 feet of your primary target take full Damage. The Damage can “jump” up to 5 times. Each target can be hit only once.
- Heavy Toss: If your attack hits a target, it either knocks them down, or knocks them back 5 feet times the attack's Outcome. Decide which before you roll.
- Pin: If your attack inflicts an Injury on your target, you may "pin" to the ground or a nearby wall. They are stuck there until you remove the weapon. The target may spend a Quick Action and increase the Injury's Severity by 1 to pull themselves free.
- Return: When you throw this weapon, you may opt to have it return to your possession at the end of the attack. Whoever threw this artifact last may use an Action to recall it from up to 100 feet away, attacking one target in its return path as they do so.
- This Artifact cannot be disguised or morphed with other Effects like Shape-Changing object.
- Reminder: additional Weapon Damage granted by this Effect does not stack with any other bonus to Weapon Damage. Instead the largest bonus is used.

OWL - The Occult Wildlife Landing
The Occult Wildlife Landing (OWL) is a nonprofit organization that advocates for the rights of supernatural creatures to live a life unmolested by humanity’s relentless spread and greed.
While OWL has become the de-facto head of the conservationist movement in the United States, many claim it’s not as innocent as it appears. A number of small, seemingly-disconnected terrorist cells wear the OWL insignia with pride. These groups– which tend to contain a disproportionate number of supernatural creatures and beings– commit high-profile acts of public violence with the intent of furthering OWL’s core objectives. In the past, they’ve blown up oil pipelines, stopped development projects, and even infected congregations of people with mutagenic viruses.
OWL denies any involvement with these so-called “OWL-inspired terrorist organizations” (or OITOs for short). However, many people conflate the two and consider OWL itself to be a terrorist organization.
One thing is for certain: when OWL sends a blast to its followers urging protest, they’re taken seriously.

Hurl Blood Axe

The Blood bracers can be activated to summon a blood Axe into the wearer's hand. Throwing these Axes makes an incredibly loud boom. Once an axe is in hand, the wearer can throw as many as they wish. The solidified blood from these axes will shatter on impact turning into jagged needles that jump between nearby targets.
This Artifact produces ephemeral projectiles that can be used as a throwing axe. It is roughly the same size as a throwing axe and just as difficult to conceal. Unless when bleeding, this Artifact behaves as its mundane counterpart.

- Any Injury inflicted is considered unstabilized even if its Severity is less than 4. The equipment and roll required to Stabilize it is treated as though it is a minimum of Severity 6.

Full Moon Pendulum
This silver yo-yo toy expands into two blunt silver disks spun on a rope strong enough to hold three men. To start it may be awkward to use, but given time the wielder may even be able to pull off popular tricks even mid combat.

March of the Blizzard
Winter's movements are swift, silent, and merciless.
He moves with a speed that feels less like running and more like vanishing. There is an eerie stillness to his acceleration, as if the world itself forgets him for a moment. His body answers to strange instincts — joints bending with impossible grace, steps soundless, breath invisible even in the cold. Frost seems to cling to the edges of his presence, a silent chill that numbs the senses of those nearby. Though he trains and sharpens his body like any fighter, something deeper stirs beneath the flesh — something ancient and alien to mortal blood. His passage leaves no trace but a fading shimmer, as if he is merely a spirit brushing past. Those who see him move speak in whispers afterward, uncertain whether they witnessed a man or a phantom called forth by the winter itself. Whatever the truth, his speed is a warning, not a gift.
You gain the following benefits as long as you are wearing this Artifact.
Whenever you use your Movement, after all other calculations, the distance you may travel is doubled.
- Any Encumbrance penalty to your movement still applies, but you do not suffer from any sort of exhaustion.
- Damage from a collision depends on your speed at the time, as well as what you hit. GM's discretion, but generally moving faster than a car on the freeway and hitting a dense, solid object like a wall or a tree should be lethal. Mundane armor will not apply, but any supernatural forms of protection will.

The lightning bracers can be activated to summon a thunderbolt into the wearer's hand. Throwing these thunderbolts makes an incredibly loud boom. Once a thunderbolt is in hand, the wearer can throw as many as they wish. The electricity from these bolts will jump between nearby targets.
This Artifact produces ephemeral projectiles that can be used as a javelin.
