A pair of mucus-coated tentacles project from the maw. Long and fleshy, they slither and grab with clumsy force. Any caught in their grip are dragged towards the maw and its eager teeth.
The maw slits Bert's gut and the tongues reside in the maw. These mutations are round, pink, and currently featurless, looking less like a product of nature and more the effects of horror film. But they have reach and strength. That's what matters.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
You gain 2 additional limbs that function as standard human arms and hands.
Each additional limb you posses can take one Quick Action per Round without incurring a -2 dice penalty to your main Action. Each additional appendage you have gives you +1 dice to make and resist Grapples (up to a maximum bonus of +4 dice).

Amy brings her hand to her chest and closes her eyes for a moment. There is a burst of light - her inner light - before it spreads over her in a flash, her clothes transforming into her Regalia.
Although she looks similar in a way, she also seems to age. It's not quite a physical transformation, but there's a bit of that. It's mostly... she bares the weight of previous lives on her, a certain gravitas. Unless her transformation is witnessed by someone with their own eyes, they'll automatically doubt any attempt to link the identities.
In her mundane identity a Princess is barely more magical than the average man, but in her transformed identity... Ah, what a difference that is. Magic flows through her body; it is on the level of blood or bone. Her magic makes her stronger, more charismatic, or smarter.
Under magical examination a Princess can see that spells and enchantments are as much a part of her body as carbon atoms or neurotransmitters.
Dual Identity: An innate magical effect common to all Princesses, Dual Identity makes it exceptionally difficult to realise a Princess’ mundane and transformed identities are the same person.
Exert your Mind and spend a Quick Action.
You transform into a magical girl for 30 minutes. You have access to all of your Powers while you are a magical girl, and you can use your equipment. Your Battle Scars, Injuries, and physical Liabilities are carried over between forms. Reverting from your Alternate Form cannot cause your existing Injuries to kill you. Instead, you remain Incapacitated.
While transformed, your Charisma is increased by 2. Your Stress is reduced by 2.
While transformed, instead of your normal clothes and equipment, you are equipped with: a brightly coloured uniform, flowing reds and golds. It glows with an inner light. A corset of sintered gold, armor 3. Levinbolt, a weapon of light. (Pistol stats, uses Firearms). Her Princess's Crown around her head, made both for appearance and to turn a blade.
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Redeemer: You must make a self-control roll to ever attack a Sapient creature with the intention to cause harm.
Another job, another life threatening injury. The arm was only a temporary fix. She needed a permanent fix to these scars. So she took a possessed woman’s eye, dark and brown like a bar of chocolate. Luckily it was a good eye even though it was a little beat up. She wouldn’t be using it much more, she had already passed. Maybe it could be used to do some good.
So she has an eye. So what? But it’s not just the eye. She can use any of the freshly dead to help herself heal. Repair what has been destroyed.
Exert your Mind and spend 1 minute to activate. Select a Living target within arm's reach. You must use up One pound of flesh or meat per severity of the injury. in order to activate this Effect. Choose a specific Injury on your target that has not yet been treated with this Effect and roll Intellect + Medicine at Difficulty 8.
If you succeed, the Injury is reduced in Severity by your Outcome. If you reduce its Severity to 0, the Injury is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate.
This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain.
This witch is a cruel and vengeful creature who works her vile arts against those she deems worthy of punishment. All she must do is point. A flash of green lightning strikes her victim and disappears. Immediately, or upon the completion of some condition, if the witch chooses, the victim's body warps and shifts into a gross mockery of its former self. Whether she's giving someone the head of a donkey or stealing their voice, the witch's enemies always get what is coming to them.
The sheer wickedness of this spell corrupts the witch, giving her a disgusting, witchy appearance.
Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and Spend an Action. Select a Living target within 45 feet. Roll Intellect + Occult at Difficulty 6. The target may roll Body, -2 dice at Difficulty 7, as a Free Action to resist.
If you succeed, the target receives a new Battle Scar of your choosing, limited by the contested Outcome:
When you activate this Effect, instead of occurring immediately, you may choose to delay its effects until the target takes a particular Action. For example: "when they fire a gun" or "when they swim in deep water."
Possession of this Power grants the following Battle Scar: Witchy Appearance. You have a long, warty nose and chin, wrinkled skin, and a hunch back. Social rolls are at +2 Difficulty, and your free movement is reduced by 10 feet.
Your alteration "heals" over the course of the next month, after which it is fully cured.

The Vampire is able to turn one of their victims into a lesser vampire, a pale shadow of a full creature of the night but useful nonetheless. Having drained and killed their target, the Vampire performs a brief ritualistic bloodletting, wherein they spill their own blood into the target's mouth, forcing them to drink, and bonding them together as child and sire.
Shortly afterwards, the fledgling vampire will rise from death, hungry for blood and eager to serve.
Increase your sacrificial Injury's Severity by 1 and spend one minute. Select a Dead target within arm's reach that has died within the last hour. This Effect cannot be used unless you drained the target's blood while they were still alive.
Your target rises as an Animate being. The raised creature is totally mindless, with no memory of its past life or hint of its old personality. They cannot communicate. They will follow any command you speak.
The creature lasts until it dies again. It is revived at full health. Any Injuries it had in life are not accounted for when determining its penalties or progression towards re-death, though they may affect its ability to perform certain actions at GM's discretion. The raised creature must consume flesh every day or it will die again.
Raised creatures have their Abilities set to the same that they were in life. Their Charisma and Intellect are set to 1, but their Dexterity, Brawn and Perception are the same as they had in life. A raised creature cannot use any Effects.
Your revived targets deal 2 Weapon Damage with their unarmed attacks.
If you do not have a sacrificial Injury when you activate this Effect, take a new Severity-1 Injury.
Driving rugged vehicles in a combat situation is second nature to the Soldier.
