Charles hones his mind as strings wraps around him, like that of a puppet. Silent and indiscernible, slowly it lifts him into the air. Each string is made of his mind, a thread of his telekinesis that when he hones his mind to activate, is already easily manipulatable evermore so.
Exert your Mind (unless telekinesis is activated) and spend two Actions performing the following ritual: charles focuses his mind as he says out loud "as light as a feather, like strings on a puppet, we fly". his hands straightening out as thing near indiscernible comes out from them, wrapping around the rest of his body. You must maintain Concentration while activating this Effect, and it fails if you are interrupted. This Effect remains active for two hours.

If they lose possession of this Artifact, the Trauma heals over the course of the next day.

The particulates are drawn to any sort of object that is designed to detect people, including tripwires, security cameras, detection lasers, heat sensors, etc. The powder will not trigger these devices or interfere with their operation, but it does reveal their presence to the Thief.

When you detect objects, instead of learning nothing about them, you may observe each object with all of your senses.
The Future Soldier's PSG is capable of briefly supercharging its effectiveness with a jolt of Omega Cell energy. While active, the future soldier glows with an extremely bright golden light.
While the shield is supercharged, the Future Soldier cannot move or see the outside world, but they are completely isolated from anything that occurs outside the shield.

Roll Perception + Survival to fabricate up to 5 copies of your chosen Object. The Difficulty is assigned by the GM and depends on the specificity of your chosen Object. Your created items no longer expire, and will last until they are destroyed.
The magician reaches into their hat and focuses. Inside, light wells and flows like a viscous liquid. Then, they withdraws the item of their choosing.
