Possibilities coalesce. The Dream Engine's PDL (pronounced 'pedal') Drive selects a place the user Could be, and then resolves it into a place they Are, with at least 90% accuracy. This is probably not what Heisenberg intended with his indeterminacy principle.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Location which is at most 125 feet away horizontally or 25 feet away vertically. This Effect cannot be used unless you are not currently being observed.
You jump to the chosen location. If the landing is precarious, the GM may call for a roll to land safely. You will never take fall damage from successfully landing a jump made with this Effect.
You may opt to trade your free movement for a Super Leap if you are jumping less than 50 feet or if you are closing a gap to an opponent and spend your Action on an attack.
Instead of physically passing through the air, you are teleported directly to your destination. Does not allow you to go through walls, cages, or grapples.
The key is inserted into the closed/locked object and turned, causing it to open. The key fits even if it shouldn't and, if there is no keyhole at all, it slides into a seam of violet light at the target's surface.
The Frangiclave is a legendary key that is the physical manifestation of the concept of "opening." It is capable of opening any lock or door, any many other things besides depending on its user's knowledge and creativity. It cannot be stored away, and must be kept in the hand or under the tongue.
Spend an Action. Select a Non-Alien door, container, knot, or lock within 20 feet. This Effect cannot be used unless it is to unlock/open the target and any locks are destroyed.
You may lock, unlock, and/or open your target.
If you successfully operate a lock, you may choose to destroy it, rendering it inoperable.
Kitty can use zir inverted soul to restrain creatures who's blood burns with magical power.
Spend an Action. Select a target within 20 feet. This Effect cannot be used unless any target with less than 4 Gift Points or an equivalent power level has a +2 to resist this effect and the target is supernatural. Roll a single D10 as a critical failure check. If you roll a 1, the Effect fails, and you you suffer a Traumatic Brain Injury. Roll Perception + Alertness at Difficulty 6. the target may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 7.
If you succeed, your target will be restricted at their location by an intangible, ethereal binding. They cannot move to a new location, and, if your Contested Outcome was greater than their Mind divided by 2, they are encased and cannot take any physical Actions until they break free.
Restricted targets may attempt to break the binding and escape by spending an Action and rolling Mind at Difficulty 7. Breaking free requires a total cumulative Outcome equal or greater than the original Contested Outcome.
Your bindings affect intangible beings like ghosts.
You may end this Effect prematurely as a Free Action.
This Gift's Cost is capped at 2 and cannot be increased further.
Possession of this Power grants the following Battle Scar: Tinnitus: Unlocked the ability after losing a few frequencies of hearing...and learned to the manipulate the frequencies of the Ephemera to immobilise others.
Master Batter Ghosts phase in and out of Brennings while the target is infused with the Spirits of the Game, as they are pulled from their "Benches" and their vitalities shared between them... And then Jason Hit's the target with their bat.
Exert your Mind and spend 1 minute. Select a Living target within arm's reach. Your target must make a Trauma roll when you activate this Effect. Choose a specific Injury on your target that has not yet been treated with this Effect and roll Dexterity + Athletics at Difficulty 8.
If you succeed, the Injury is reduced in Severity by your Outcome. If you reduce its Severity to 0, the Injury is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate.
This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain.
If your Outcome is greater than the Severity of the Injury you were attempting to treat, you may apply any excess Outcome to other Injuries on the same patient.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation will almost certainly be disturbed to see Master Batter Ghosts phase in and out of Brennings while the target is infused with the Spirits of the Game, as they are pulled from their "Benches" and their vitalities shared between them..
The user brandishes a Blue scale covered pouch containing a Gold, powdery substance. as the user administers the dosage to the target their body begins to glow a lightly golden hue as the once damaged body part is forcefully snapped back in place and painfully regrown, the target is forced to endure painfully pleasurable visions through this process.
Spend a minute and use up this Cocaine zip bag (unless you succeed on 1d10, Difficulty 7). Select a Living target within arm's reach. Your target must make a Trauma roll when you activate this Effect. Select a Battle Scar on your target to treat.
The treated Battle Scar heals as you finish activating this Effect.
His prowess with medicine along with the bagman's smoke helping speed up the healing process allows him to heal people's injuries.
Exert your Mind and spend 15 minutes. Select a Living target within arm's reach. You must actively and obviously use medical tools to activate this Effect. Choose a specific Injury on your target that has not yet been treated with this Effect and roll Intellect + Medicine at Difficulty 6.
You may treat Severity 1 Injuries without making a roll or paying the Exertion cost, so long as they were not self-inflicted as an activation cost for an Effect.
The Ninja always prepares a few smoke bombs ahead of time to get out of sticky situations. They can fill a room with smoke in an instant and last long enough for the Ninja to make an escape or find an opening for attack.
Spend an Action and use up this smoke bomb.
You create a hemispherical dome of smoke originating at your Location, with a radius of 20 feet. and lasting for 5 minutes. The area inside your zone is affected in the following ways:
The pyro points a laser pointer towards a target, and a cat-sized-and-shaped fire springs into life, very clearly attracted to the laser. This flame cat can also be shaped from existing fires. While the pointer is active it remains in the shape of a cat, pouncing towards the little red dot. When the laser pointer is not active, the flames return to normal.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a target within 20 feet which has both fuel and oxygen available (if you are starting a new fire). You must actively and obviously use a laser pointer to activate this Effect.
You may start a new fire as large as a torch's flame at your target. You may create fires the size of a lighter or candle flame without Exerting your Mind. Your fires require fuel and oxygen in order to continue burning.
Lighting a target on fire deals 2 Damage each Round on your turn, starting in the Round after the one in which they caught fire. This Damage is reduced by Armor, but the target’s Armor rating will be depleted by any Damage dealt, destroying the Armor once it reaches 0.
You may extinguish flames as a Reaction. This does not extend to explosives.
You may spend a Free Action on your initiative move a fire as large as a torch's flame that is within 20 feet to another location within 20 feet. You may Exert your Mind to draw a line which a fire up to twice as large as a torch's flame cannot cross.
The Thief examines an object closely for a minute to appraise its value. As their eyes dance across the subject, their pupils split vertically, and their irises fade to gold. If it is a particularly valuable item, the Thief may greedily lick their lips, revealing a forked tongue.
Within a minute, they have determined how materially valuable the object is and why.
Exert your Mind and spend a minute. Select a target Object within arm's reach. At the end of your investigation, roll Charisma + Culture at Difficulty 6.
You learn all the following information about your target:
The Toon performs some sort of cartoonish act of violence. This may be handing someone a bomb, hitting someone with a cartoon mallet, burping a burp that is so noxious it melts flesh, or anything else as long as it is cartoonish.
The attack is more of a throwaway gag than a plot element, so any props or properties of the attack are incidental and disappear immediately. Animated mallets evaporate in a puff of smoke, fire does not spread, and electricity cannot power devices.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a target within 45 feet. Roll Charisma + Performance Difficulty 6. The target may contest by rolling to Dodge or Defend as a Reaction, Difficulty 6.
If the contested Outcome is positive, the target takes that much Damage plus 4. Armor is fully effective against this damage.
True to their namesake, the hacker can penetrate the security of any computer system, granting access to its informational stores, or, in a pinch, allowing them to issue commands. The hacked system will display a flickering image of a ghost until it is dismissed.
While hacking, The Technician's fingers move with supernatural speed, blurring like a ghost.
Exert your Mind and spend 1 minute. Select a Computer within arm's reach. Does not work on Alien technology. Roll Intellect + Technology, with the Difficulty set by the GM depending on the security of the system you are hacking. Sapient targets can resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, you may issue a single command to the targeted system. This command must have a specific outcome or be a request for specific login credentials. The command you issue must be within the machine's current capabilities. For example, you cannot order a standard security camera to grow legs and walk around.
If your command does not require bypassing the security of the target (for example, typing on a computer that is unlocked), you do not need to Exert your Mind to activate this Effect, and activation only takes a single Action.
Your Hack cannot be reversed through mundane means for a number of hours equal to your Outcome.
Every hack you make leaves behind a flickering image of a ghost in the system as a personal "calling card" that informs anyone who uses the system that the hack occurred.
