Mark's heartbeat races as addrenaline surges through his body, affecting not only his muscles but his nervous system.
With focus, his perception cracks open like a whip, colors vibrant and sharp. His durability extends to every cell, every rod and cone, every hair cell in his cochlea, every neuron surging information into his brain, operating at full capacity without aging or wear and tear. Operating at 110% capacity without tiring, and processing the smallest scrap of information effectively.

The only problem is.. There's so much to see and hear. It takes real concentration to stay present.

Your senses are enhanced in the following way.

  • Sight: You can see perfectly in dark and even pitch-black environments. You suffer no dice penalty due to darkness.
  • Sight: You can see things that are up to a mile away as though you were only standing twenty feet away, provided your view is unobstructed.
  • Hearing: You automatically know the origin location of any sound you hear, and you can tell which Action caused the sound.

Any heightened senses require you to maintain Concentration to use, and do not apply to any passive Perception checks.

  • Smell: Your nose is highly sensitive and can differentiate between scents the way a dog can, as well as recognize things you have smelled before.

They don't see colors, or hear words - but the Ragged Lore does not need such things. Neither does the Devotee.

Your senses are enhanced in the following way.

  • Electroreception: You may detect electromagnetic fields, electric currents, and even neurological activity in a 50 foot radius from yourself at all times. When detecting neurological activity, you learn nothing but the creature's rough size.
  • Electroreception: Colonel's eyes: You can feel the vague edges of objects in the range, with threats showing as a moving pinpoint with your electroreception

Any senses which have been heightened cannot be overloaded. Battle Scars you receive cannot affect these senses.

Possession of this Power grants the following Battle Scar: Complete Blindness.

  • Examples of overloading a sense include: an explosion causing temporary deafness, a bright light causing blindness, a sedative causing numbness, etc.
  • When you are within 50 feet of range, your electroreception sense is sufficient for aiming.

  • Hearing: You are capable of perceiving physical shapes via sound. You must produce a meow to “ping” with your echolocation each Round you wish to use it.
  • Hearing: You may hear sounds of sub- and hyper-sonic frequencies, allowing you to hear tiny things (mice, insects, etc) better, and pick up on the vibrations of massive things (earthquakes, atmospheric disruptions, etc) long before others.
  • Hearing: You automatically know the origin location of any sound you hear, and you can tell which Action caused the sound.

Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Overload: Your senses are easy to overload. When presented with a loud noise, flash of bright light or other great sensory stimulus, you must succeed on a Self-Control roll or shut down.

  • Hearing: You automatically know the origin location of any sound you hear, and you can tell which Action caused the sound.

  • Your thermal vision allows you to judge temperatures of surfaces fairly accurately as long as they are within livable temperatures.

Your senses are enhanced in the following way.

  • Sight: You can see things that are normally invisible to the naked eye, such as fingerprints and bacteria.

  • Your microscopic vision requires a close look at a very small, specific area to use. It does not grant increased distance vision, it simply provides a higher resolution, allowing you to see finer and finer detail.
